“Great Stay”
The staff was very helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was great each morning. There is a resort fee charged, however you have access to the other areas besides the hotel. There is a security gate when you come in which was nice. The room was huge and comfortable, the bed was one of the best I had ever slept on.
“Nice Hotel”
Our room was very spacious, beds were comfortable, hotel staff was friendly, pool was nice and clean. There was another pool/waterpark area that we did not have time to visit. I would stay there again.
“Holiday Express at Summer bay”
A great hotel since we had relatives at Summer Bay Resort. Breakfast was awesome but coffee in an awkward place. The resort was also available to guests of the hotel and very nice pools and gardens.
“Enjoyed the stay, but”
I enjoyed the stay, it was nice to have a clean hotel and free breakfast. But I didn't like when you checked out that there is a service fee. Plus all the taxes and everything. So I am guessing they really do charge you for the fre breakfast.
“Really nice experience”
The hotel is very big and comfortable. We were 4 `people in a bedroom wich was big enogh for us. Very clean. The breakfast is really good. We really enjoy to stay there. We recomend it.

Nice place to stay, felt secure, great continental breakfast. Except for the unexpected "resort" charge, it was very nice and I would return.
“VERY GOOD HOTEL”
WE STAY IN KISSIMMEE AREA 2-3 TIMES A YEAR AND THIS HOTEL WAS ONE OF HR BEST WE HAVE HAD. ONE PROBLEM WAS ROOM WAS NOT MADE UP ONE OF THE SIX DAYS WE WERE THERE. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

There is a water park that is near the hotel. The hotel clean and quite. Great place to stay
“Repeat Visitors! We will always stay here!”
We came in for a four night stay while we were going to Universal Studios. We stayed here in June of 2009 while visiting Disney. We love this hotel. Although we did not use the pools or kids water play area this trip, we did love them last time. It was just a little too chilly to go swimming. We love this hotel and we are in love with the cinnamon rolls at breakfast. They have the best breakfast we have every had at a hotel. The room was wonderful. Housekeeping did a wonderful job everyday! Leave them a tip, they deserve it! The nightly price was awesome, even with the small daily resort fee. We will return to this hotel. The digital thermostat in the room was awesome!!! It was great to be able to keep your room a constant temperature.

Nice hotel part of a larger resort. You, as a guest, may use the resort facilities but you must pay an additional $7 per day whether you use the resort or not as the resort fee.
