Glenbrook Retreat-Come in as Guests and Leave as Friends

  • The Glenbrook resort is located just 8 miles from Disney World, Universal and all major theme parks. The resort community provides all guests with common facilities and services. These include large pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball court, fitness room, video rentals, computer and internet connection, games room.

    The Villa is within walking distance to Walgreen's, CVS and a short drive to Lowe's and Super Walmart. A variety of restaurants such as Chili's, Texas Roadhouse, Miller's Ale, Carrabba's Italian Restaurant and Joe's Crab Shack, just to name a few.

    More than 60 golf courses in the neighborhood within 15 minute drive, you can find Highland Reserve, King Ridge Golf Club and Legends Golf and Country Club.

    At the back of the villa is an open concept kitchen, family/living room and breakfast nook offering a cozy family atmosphere with all the amenities of being at home. The family/living room has a 50 inch LCD TV for your viewing enjoyment.

    The master bedroom has a King size bed and plenty of furniture and storage space, as well as en suite bathroom with a full size bath and shower. Located in the master walk in closet is a digital safe for your personal use. The second bedroom provides a comfortable space with a Queen size bed and large closet. The twin bedrooms have 2 single beds and the family bathroom is conveniently located between them with a shower and full size bath/shower. All four bedrooms contain flat screen LCD TV's with DVD players.

    The south facing pool is easily accessed through 3 convenient sliding doors from within the home. The pool deck provides a comfortable and relaxing environment which includes a table, chairs and loungers.

    Our games room consists of a pool table, air hockey and a pub table with chairs for your time away from the 'Hustle and Bustle' of the theme parks or busy day.

    Our villa come with Free WIFI and has a 24/7 monitoring alarm security system as an added feature.

Lovely home

Home was beautiful and the neighborhood quiet and clean, Kids loved the house how big it was and the game room. So many things close by like Walmart and Universal Studios not too far. The pool/patio was big, although we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather being cold we loved the experience and will definitely book it again when the weather gets nicer.

Lovely Home

I loved everything about this home, this home made my trip more than what i excepted. My kids loved the pool and they did not want to get out of it. They also loved the game room, we’ve played all night in there. I would definitely recommend this home to any family that’s planning a vacation to Orlando.

Family Vacation

Stayed at this property for the last two weeks. Thouroghly enjoyed our stay at this property. Was an ideal location for us, as this was not our first time to Orlando. Property was pleasant and clean. Linda the owner was so helpful with any queries we had prior to arrival or whilst we were there. Neighbours, have to say they was fantastic and so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely use this property again.

My family and I enjoyed staying in your rental home. We did find a couple issues upon arrival (trash hadn’t been put to road, lots of flies in the home, some damage due to prior renters and a storm, cleaning crew could have done better). Our overall stay was comfortable and the host was very accommodating and communicated with us easily. I feel like the home as a whole could use a little TLC and good cleaning.

Aussies take over Disney

Met my cousins from Australia and their kids for visit to Disney and universal The house was a short drive to the parks and it was great to come to a home with plenty of space to stretch out and relax after long days at each park. Girls even had their own day to hang out at the pool.

Enjoyed our stay

The property is conveniently located to the attractions of Orlando, but far enough away to not be a constant nuisance. The property is well equipped with everything you might need. The decor of the home is a little tired. I imagine it gets a lot of use so the paint on the walls could be spruced up, and some of the furnishings have been worn. For example, there’s burn marks on the countertops where people have placed hot pots. The one thing I would recommend is to fix the safety fence around the pool. It is a hazard to families with small children to not be in good working order.

Found place without a problem. Residence was clean and everything advertised. Caretaker responded to my emails in a timely manner to some inquiries I had. Not to far from the attractions. Never did find the community room and if I had to recommend anything I would say that it needed more bath towels. Great stay and highly recommended.

There for a wedding

The house was wonderful and spacious. Beautiful clean pool and fun game room. Only complaint is the neighbors across the street parked there cars directly if front of the driveway across the street on there side so it made backing out extra tricky. Other than that it was wonderful.

Comfortable stay

This house was perfect for my family plus 2 of our kids friends, 7 of us in all. Property is well kept and comfy. We did have to report to management that the ac wasn't working well, they had it fixed the very next day. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped with necessary working appliances. The location is out of the way of the business of Kissimmee and Orlando, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go in a reasonable time. Also conveniently close to a Walmart, Publix, and Walgreens. We would absolutely stay here again. Perfect getaway.

Private pool and Awesome King Bed

We didn’t get passcode to house till hour before checking in. I was very nervous since in directions it said we would get info days in advance. Heat to pool was broke but kids did not mind at all since it was warm this week. They loved being able to swim whenever they wanted and at night too. My husband and I loved the King size bed. It was so comfy. Overall it was a good experience!! We all enjoyed it.

Great stay

This villa was great overall. Good location to Universal, good sized private pool. Linda, the owner, was ALWAYS responsive to questions, which was a relief. The BBQ had obviously had a fire though so wasn’t usable and the oven was broken. We didn’t realise until we tried to cook a pizza 😬. The single beds were SO noisy when they turned over, I thought someone was in the garage playing pool! But they really are minor things considering our whole stay. We really did love our trip, we loved the games room, with two teenage boys it was a great asset.

Great villa for the Orlando region

I booked this apartment together with four friends (age 22) to visit the Orlando region. The villa was well maintained and well equipped. The air-conditioning was very nice to have and kept all rooms nice and cool. There was a garage with a air hockey and pool table which was nice. The living space was nice as well with plenty of room and nice and comfy sofas. The pool was excellent to cool of in after a warm day. The location was great with a Walmart and plenty places to eat within 5 minutes of driving. Orlando CBD and all the attraction parks were about 30 minutes of driving which also was fine. The neighborhood was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this villa to anyone visiting the Orlando region. Location is good, as is the villa itself. The owner responded very quickly to all messages and was very kind! Definitely gonna give this a 10/10

Disappointed

The house is cute and has potential but it’s not super clean… it’s ok. The house layout and 4 bedrooms are nice. We did enjoy the pool, but it also wasn’t the cleanest. Now here are our concerns. The house is hot. It runs about 75-76 throughout the day. The game room is in the garage but you can’t open the garage door and there is no air conditioner, so we didn’t even use it. You can’t breathe in there. The oven didn’t work so we couldn’t cook our dinner. It acts like it will pre-heat but never does. When I reported it, the owner asked me if broken or what, as if she didn’t know but I saw a review from august where someone reported the same thing. The garbage disposal doesn’t work. You can’t use the grill, the grates are broken/burnt up and you can tell a grill fire burned up the pool sign on the house. The pool light doesn’t work. The TV remotes are super confusing. The TV’s are small and old. There are electrical/cable plates hanging out of the walls. We had a quarter of a role of toilet paper, one trash bag and horrible towels. I know not required but most owners provide a bit more in this area. It could have been worse, but I’d also say it was the worst VRBO we’ve stayed in. We planned to cook so we could save money and we had to make changes, mid meal. She didn’t offer any compensation, only said she’d take my suggestions into consideration and told me renters abused her towels. Please just consider before you stay. It needs some upgrades.
