Designed for comfort and entertainment, this stunning getaway sleeps up to 12 guests and is the perfect destination for families and groups seeking a luxurious yet playful Orlando experience.

The first floor boasts a serene king suite with a full bathroom, ideal for those who prefer easy access without stairs. Upstairs, a queen suite and a king suite each feature private bathrooms, while two custom bedrooms—one Mickey-inspired with a full and twin bed, and another Avengers with a full and twin bed—offer vibrant, fun spaces for younger guests.

The open-concept living space features modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for four, and a dining room with seating for eight. Upstairs, the loft area becomes a hub of excitement with gaming consoles, an air hockey table, and a custom Star Wars. Outside, the screened-in private pool invites you to relax with an outdoor dining table and four sun loungers, making it the perfect spot for soaking up the Florida sun after a day at the parks.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.


• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Ant Infestation

The place was nice besides two room had ant infestations in the beds and we could not use them our entire stay. They came and sprayed one room but we did not want to put kids in the room after all of the chemicals were sprayed around the room. The property owner did not seem to think this was a big deal at all and did not offer us any kind of credits after we went from a 5 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. Very uncomfortable having people sleep on couches and floors and children with ants crawling on them!
