“Ontario near Fairplex”
The rooms were right but they smelled of maintenance items, paint, rug, construction items, that overpowered any cleanliness.
“Nice Hotel”
This is a really nice, comfortable hotel. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The only complaint would be that the sink area should have more room for toiletries and cosmetics etc. Nice location .......
“Close to Airport”
Good hotel for great price
“Great Stay.”
Pro's: 1.The beds were very comfortable. Good quality bed sheets, always fresh and always clean. ( this is the most important for me ) 2.The gym was awesome 3.No Parking Fees 4.Room looked exactly as the pictures, so you know what to expect. Con's: Honestly, These weren't that big of an issue for me, but it's all that I can think of. 1.No free wifi ( for regular guest) 2.The coffee in the room was really cheap, and it always came out tasting watered down and kinda crappy. 3.The AC was a little tricky to deal with. Overall, all the pro's totally surpass the con's! I really enjoyed my stay, and I would definitely stay again, in fact, I plan on it.
“Just Saying”
The initial room I was given was so far from the elevators, I needed an oxygen tank to return to the lobby to request a closer room. The room they gave me was equipped for an handicap person so I was quite disappointed. The room was clean, but the hotel was very old and built in the 80's. I think its time for a revamp. Most Hotels I stayed offered free internet, this one did not. Paid $25 just to send an important transaction. Finally I accidently ordered a movie that I didnot watch the TV did not have a function to cancel before It played. All in All the stay at this hotel was not one of my best experiences. I would not recommend it, or the very least the rating should be changed from 3.5 to a lower rating. I expected more for the Radisson.
“No problems!”
Comfortable stay at appropriate price.
“Rad @ Ontario”
Need more food vending machines along with the ice and soda machines near the rooms. The layout of the hotel was not too good, it was a good walk from the lobby and elevator from our room. We checked in in the evening and there were food trays (from room service) outside of rooms with breakfast items on them. Other than these things, the stay was very pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfy.
“HORRIBLE!!!”
When booking this hotel its rated 3.5 stars and clearly doesnt meet those expectations between the constant rumbling and horn from the train passing by like every hour it was hard to sleep and the walls are so paper thin you can hear everything your neighbor is doing! The shower leaked or dripped all night long and when i ordered a movie i watched about 20 mins. of it before an error had occured and it cut out....needless to say i got charged twice for a movie i say 20 mins. of BS!!! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!
“Bad room service,”
I didn't like it at all.
“My go to Ontario hotel”
Older but remodeled hotel, clean rooms, pillows and comforter are down, big TV with normal basic cable and HBO. Small bar and restaurant but I have not tried either. Train track adjacent with occasional horns. Lots of parking, easy in and out and nice landscape around hotel. Good rate from Expedia.
