"Simply amazing experience for my kids. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness ONLY because it’s camping it’s expected to get pine tree pollen in the morning and the occasional fly that flys in the cabin especially with a 6 & 3yr old opening and closing the door. Location is out there in a very quiet neighborhood the small town of Hot Springs are resurfacing the roads so there is a little congestion from having to share 1 lane but that didn’t turn us away!! Lots of birds, wild turkey and in the valley...

"The apartment was great - clean and comfortable. Through no fault of the owner, it is a bit of a challenge to get to and find parking due to road construction. Access will improve when the construction is done. Also be aware that there are some steep stairs to access the apartment."

"Overall we had a great time at this place. It was clean and super cool. Views from the hot tub/bar were sweet. Property itself as a whole looked well kept. We had the whole place to ourselves basically so that was great as well. Outdoor shower was awesome. On a windy day make sure and shut the door fully as it seems to make a wind tunnel and water will blow out at times. This only happened once but just an FYI. "This was such a great property. We spent the days exploring the black hills and the evenings relaxing at our tent. In the mornings deer were roaming and turkeys were gobbling. The nights were cool but the heater in the tent kept it at just the right temperature inside. If you are looking for a secluded get away this is your place."

"Fantastic !! I suppose that wade should invest in a couple new mattresses for the hide a bed and the bunk bed -- but the main bedroom and bed was wonderful. Some of the outside lights did not work, but we managed. The gray water filled up after taking only 4 showers, but we were leaving anyway that day."

"My husband and I brought our two kiddos, a teen and a tween, to visit family in Hot Springs. The weather delayed us a day, but the owner was helpful with road condition updates! The cabin was gorgeous. Every little detail was considered for our stay. It was chilly when we arrived, bit it warmed up quickly and we all snuggled in perfectly. "Rooms are quite nice. Owners are very friendly. Price is right. Decent wine and beer is available for purchase. Two issues: 1) no hair conditioner or lotion in room 2) no daily room service which not a problem but when you have a guest staying 3 nights and only provide 2 wash clothes for a couple is a problem. We strangely got 4 towels but only 2 wash clothes. A person is dirty when washing so more wash clothes would be needed as apposed to towels. "
