Building location was good and quiet. Suite rooms are excellent. The whole place needs to be cleaned thoroughly and some major building reno, but has much potential.

The property is in the middle of renovations, but they didn’t disrupt our time there. The staff was friendly.

The front and side door were broken, the hanging mirror in my room was broken off, the outside door to my room was filtjy, and the pool and hot tub were not running. They are indoor and he said they are seasonal. All outdated. The refrigerator in my room was not working. Baymont Wyndham hotelI expect a lot better. It was very disheartening. Won't be going back. I went to check out and was told to leave the key in the bowl they were closed. It was 7:45. Continental breakfast wasn't even put out.

The 4 stars are because of our first impression: the building has an odor when entering & the hallway carpets looked bad. We were totally surprised & would give an excellent for the room: it was big, clean, with nice carpet & comfortable beds.

The staff was friendly enough, and the bed was comfortable, and the room was mostly clean. But there was no shower curtain on the shower, which meant I sort of flooded the bathroom when I took a shower. Then when I grabbed the towel off the towel rack, the rack fell right off of the wall.

Upon entering the property, the outside had weeds growing and construction supplies in front of hotel. The entry was welcoming and fairly fresh. Besides another customer taking the attention of the staff member, he was helpful to get us checked in promptly. The room was fairly clean and had what we need to have a good night's rest. AC was great, breakfast was good and wifi worked great. We were a little upset the workout room was under construction. Overall, a good stay for a great price.

The woman working the desk went out of her way to help us. She helped us load in and she dried our swimsuits so we could get in their nice warm pool. They also had a great breakfast.

Pictures did not reflect terrible quality. Parking lot, lobby, front desk run down & dirty. Rooms were somewhat updated & clean. HOWEVER, mattress bed frame protruded 4 inches under bed skirt. Cut the heck out of my leg! Bed frame was rusty and sharp. This cut may delay an upcoming shoulder surgery. The night staff rushed to assist to adjust bed frame and offered water and sodas. Next morning, breakfast area was filthy. We did not eat breakfast. Dirty sinks and counters. Not a picky person, but this was a terrible stay . I REQUEST A REFUND PLEASE.
