“Sheraton Waikiki”

One of the most enjoyable hotels and holidays I have experienced. Great staff, very helpful in all areas of the hotel, from front desk, concierge, room staff, to pool, and dining/bar areas. Location is beachfront, with easy access to shopping and nightlife, all within walking distance. The infinity pool is exceptionally beautiful and being for adults only, even more relaxing!

This hotel is in an excellent position for access to Waikiki. The infinity pool is the best spot ever to chill out. You feel like you are still on the beach. It is very close to some really good restaurants and easy access to public transport to get around. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation at the Sheraton Waikiki. Since we have been to Oahu a number of times we mostly do not leave the hotel except for taking a walk down Halakauwa, and enjoying the fine restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We are seniors and this is our main vacation every year for the past 4-5 years, all booked through Expedia.Com We enjoy travel by ourselves so we can come and go as we please. We enjoy the lanai, the spaciousness of our room, the view (city escape and partial ocean). We enjoy sitting in areas of the lobby people watching soaking up the trade winds. Diamondhead is an unbelievable sight from the pool area, almost looking as though you could reach out and touch it.

“Great stay at the Sheraton Waikiki”

You can't beat the service at this hotel. The staff are very attentive from housekeeping to front desk to the concierge staff. If you can afford to, get an ocean or mountain view room, purely because a city view means you'll get all the early morning delivery trucks with their beeping reverse alarms (I'm talking from 5.30am!). Else, it was still a great room. The RUM FIRE puts on a great atmosphere at night and all aspects of the hotel (& Oahu in fact) are very kid friendly. A fantastic stay all round!

“Perfect hotel in Waikiki”

This hotel was gorgeous! The location is just perfect - right on the beach in the heart of Waikiki and amongst all the best shops. The hospitality and service was second to none - everyone was so friendly! The hotel itself is beautiful with an amazing lobby which stretches right through to the infinity pool overlooking the beach. The restaurants were lovely - especially RumFire which was really trendy and a great place to sit and look out to Diamond Head whilst sipping a cocktail in the sun! The rooms were huge with very minimal, contemporary decor. Overall, this was a great choice and we were very sad to leave.

Fantastic stay, hotel staff were fantastic, everything was on our doorstep, we had 3 people in our room and there was plenty of space! Facilities are fantastic, I will not stay anywhere else in Waikiki again! Thanks for a wonderful week!

“Sheraton is tops”

The only thing I found hard was after 4 hour flight and then 12 hour waiting at airport followed by another 11hrs flying you had to wait 8 hours for a room. so try and arrive later in day as check in is 3 pm. The rest of the stay was perfect. wonderful room overlooking ocean, facilities great, close to all shops. I will definitely stay there again next time,

We have been lucky to have stayed in this hotel every May for the past 12 years and each time the quality and standaed of service and the overall facility is just terrific. Thanks to all the Staraton staff for a great 13 days.

“5 Star Hotel”

I really love our hotel. The view was great. The pool is right on the ocean. There is a bar pool side. A few different bars for the night life. A pool just for the kids. Shopping every where. What else could you ask for. Plus parking right at hotel.

“Hawaii Hol”

Great pool areas, probably the best in Waikiki. The Rum Fire Bar is a wonderful and relaxing bar to meet friends in the afternoons or to have that obligatory evening cocktail. Great position with easy access to shops, restaurants, beach etc. Housekeeping staff were outstanding. Always happy to oblige, very thorough and non intrusive. Just get rid of that extra $20 a day charge..What is that for?
