“Great value”
Excellent value for money. Easy walking distance to the falls. Variety of eating places nearby.

What can I say, our first night at niagara falls we stayed at a motel 6 which from the pictures on the internet looked like a first class motel. when we got there it was a small room with a bed in it and nothing else. I called expedia, and they got me a refund and booked me at the Ramada. The Expedia help center was first rate and my stay at the Ramada was exceptional. I had a king sized bed with a whirlpool and a beautiful room. The service was first rate and my stay at the Ramada made my trip to Niagara extremely enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel without reservations. Everything is first rate ...
“Good location”
This is a nice hotel and in a perfect location. We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to do, like the falls, casino, restaurants, shops. The bed had clean linens but the carpet and 2 chairs were stained. The carpet needs to be cleaned in spots and the chairs should just be thrown out. The bathroom was clean and looked to be newly remodeled. Overall its an ok hotel especially if you are just staying in it to sleep and gone the rest of the day.
“Hotel needs updating...”
This hotel is located close to the falls, about 15 minutes walking distance if you are in good shape. I found most of the staff friendly – no problems there. However, there was no internet connection during our stay of Sept. 5th – Sept 11th. Not just me, many other guests had the same problem. The front desk kept resetting the wireless but to no avail. Finally, on our 4th day there, an honest person from the from desk did admit that there was no internet available because the hotel was doing some remodeling work. I wish someone had told me that before I wasted so many hours trying to get on the internet in order to look up things to do with our child places to eat, specials get email, sent pictures and etc.. After we came back to NY, I sent a fax to the main customer service of Ramada Inn. Within 24 hours, I received a response back saying that the hotel’s manager was going to respond to my complaint. It’s now 10 days later and I am still waiting for a response from the manager. Not very customer friendly... That's my main complaint. The only other thing I would like to add is that the hotel needs a lot of updating: beds squeeking, desk type chairs that you sink in (I am 160 LBS), bathroom light dim - hard to shave. Overall, I will give it a 2 1/2 star. I just find it hard to believe that such a major hotel chain; will have a hotel without intrnet and even worse - not be straight up about it!

“not impressed”
It was overpriced for service and accommadations. Maid didn't refill items and restaurant was expensive with not so great service or food. We would not stay here again.

Our room was very stuffy and stale - a put off right away. Almost like it was a somking room and they tried to hide the odor. Thank goodness I had room spray with me. Most hotels I have stayed in I try to make it very comfortable and home like - which I normally can but this one just did not give me that feeling. Could have been because it is a tourist area and used a lot. The carpets were very dirty as was the bathtub. Everytime I walked into the room it was not pleasant. One good thing is, it was very quiet for sleeping.
