Be Aware!!! The Hilton wants to Charge an additional $38.95 each night as a resort fee. This is not disclosed on Expedia because they don’t have a clue. The Tempo by Hilton present this at check in which is not right. Disclose all fees up front and not wait until a person is checking in or checking out. The topper is they did not provide a receipt so you can look at your daily charges and make sure nothing was charged to your room that shouldn’t be. In addition, the front desk clerk could visually see the charges but couldn’t print a receipt, because their system was backing up at 6:00 in the morning. What happened to print screen. Then after we returned home, we tried multiple times to call the Hotel direct and they will not answer their phone. So we called corporate Hilton and it took forever, but we finally got a representative…. however, she had to call the hotel direct and transfer. Same scenario once we got a person on the line, and they still couldn’t provide a receipt. I would steer very clear of this property as I consider it wrong on how they are doing business and won’t provide a receipt. I did ask corporate before they transferred if they do this at all Hilton properties and she said no. Lastly, the fire alarm goes off the last night at 3:25 am as a false alarm. How does an alarm go off falsely?? Also, the shower was back up water and I had to call to have that cleaned. A previous guest left a pair of sox in the cubical shelf in the room we were staying
