My only complaint is that I sat in the waiting area for hours (they said they would call when the room was ready). Only to find out that it was ready and they neglected to call me. I didn’t get into my room until 4:30 - after I waited yet again on line to find this out. The person at the desk was pretty unapologetic about the fact that I had never received the call. For the record, they had the correct number as she confirmed this at (2nd) checkin. Otherwise, staff was great and accommodations were above par.

The hotel is located in a great location! Near everything: Times Square, Broadway theaters. The staff was absolutely wonderful. My only complaint was the cleaning of yhe rooms. There was breast milk in the mini fridge that was left from a previous guesr. Also my room had no chaise lounger.

Worked out great for going to theater and opera. Very happy with this choice. Staff was great too. Don’t miss sitting on the terrace with a drink. Nothing special but so relaxing and good drinks.
