Wonderful midtown hotel, convenient to Times Square and theaters. Beautiful property with excellent French Restaurant. Comfortable rooms, very nice gym. Occasional faint low rumble from subway, even in our 11th floor room.

The property was near an event I was attending. It was walkable. I had a queen room and there was plenty of room for me to work.
I also had a chance to dine in the property restaurant. The staff recommended several great options for dinner. I enjoyed my dining experience-especially the dessert. I had the crème brûlée.
I would book this property if I have to return for work.

Great quiet location with comfortable bed. Perfect bathroom although I never use the tub only shower. Only thing missing that I like is coffee maker in my room which made me rate one less star.

Hotel is in a reasonable part of Manhattan, near Bryant Park and the library. Room was okay, somewhat small with a worn carpet. Was missing one bathrobe and two pairs of slippers; mistake corrected by second night. No in-room coffee/tea/hot water and none provided in lobby (in contrast to some other hotels in the area). Room is reasonably quiet although not by any means soundproof.

A very nice place to stay, especially if you're going to Broadway. Very comfortable, reasonable prices and quiet even though it is half a block from Times Square.

All the people were nice and welcoming. Special shoutouts to Tsai (sp?), Felix, and Vernon. Didn’t get the housekeeper’s name, but she was very efficient. Room decent sized with a great bathroom. Hotel is centrally located- walked to two shows, Central Park, and the public library.

I read all the negative reviews of this property and I nearly didn’t book it. To my surprise, the room was big, clean and very comfortable. The bed (king) was wonderful. Happy to stay again. Only negative issue is the resort fee for a hotel which isn’t one.

Housekeeping was amazing, out of the entire staff, they were the best, cleaned the room every day and very considerate with our belongings. Lobby staff was just ok.
