“Service review”

The staff was very helpful. I forgot my umbrella and the staff was quick to provide one. The restauraunt staff (Romana specifically) were very pleasant and sociable. I would recommend this hotel. the only area I see that could be improved was the fitness center. It was very small and one of the machines wasn't working. Other than that, the staff was great. “pretty nice location and condition's hotel, and I would stay the hotel next time”

The hotel was so neat and clean, and it's located just next to Wall street, Timezero ground, and Century21. And also a lot of coffee shops are located next to the hotel and Sephora is very close too. But there is cons too. my room didn't have sunshine because it is surrounded with tall buildings. When I left the hotel, I thought the day's weather was cloudy but it was clear and sunny day lol.

“Nice stay”

This hotel is very convenient to the IBM training center. The bed was really comfortable, and I heard very little street noise.

“Almost perfect”

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Only one complaint. The hotel said they had wireless internet access throughout the hotel. It did not work in my room. I had to go to the hotel lobby to connect.

“Financial District Find”

Great location near friends we were visiting. Extremely quiet location on the weekends that made for a great, non-business visit!

“Nice Hotel for Cheap”

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Reserve. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The best part was really its inexpensiveness. I felt that I got much more than my money's worth. It can be incredibly expensive to stay in Manhattan, but this hotel was cheaper than many hotels in much less interesting cities, and it was only a quick subway ride away from everything I wanted to see in New York City.

“Great hotel in Financial District”

We really enjoyed this hotel - it was close to several subway lines, Starbucks right next door, McDonalds just around the corner. The service was extremely friendly and acommodating. Ground zero just a block a way, and within walking distance to other financial district attractions. Would definitely recommend!

“Perfect Place.”

The staff were extra accommodative. I arrived before check in time for a conference. They not only allowed me to check in very early but also kept my camera equipment safely at the desk storage. Check in took no more than 3-5 minutes. I could go to my conference on time. It is good value in a great location. The lobby of the hotel is not impressive but no one stays there. The restaurant on the premises is a nice place to wait and have a cup of tea. Subway stations are very close, about 2 blocks away.
