“Excellent”
I have nothing to complain about this hotel, everything was great!!!
“Excellent and reasonably-priced mid-Manhattan hotel”
Only a few blocks from Macy's and Times Square, this hotel was clean, well run and was very reasonably priced for 3 people in mid-Manhattan.
“Nice hotel, great location!”
Our hotel room was small, as is typical for midtown Manhattan in our experience, but it was equipped with a microwave oven and mini-fridge. There was a shower in the bathroom, but no bathtub. Everything was in excellent condition. Broadway, Macy's and many Korean restaurants were a short walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
“GREAT hotel. Super cconvenient, clean, and quiet.”
We went to NYC for 3 days and this was the perfect hotel. It cost a little more than staying in jersey or brooklyn but it was super central. their is a subway entrance immediately out of the hotel that will take you to soho in 7 minutes or the met in 10. rockerfeler plaza in 5 minutes. the hotel was clean, very quiet and the room was a good size. would stay here again in a second. there is good fast food a block away. we did not eat at the hotel and there was no free breakfast. that would be the main drawback bu again, good food close by. we were able to leave baggage our last day at no cost so we had an extra 3 hours to play before we had to catch our flight. we flew into newark, took 30 minutes via 2 trains and were 2 blocks from hotel. the only downside was their elevators are very very slow.
“Good location”
This is a fairly new hotel right next to Herold Square within walking distance of Times Square and most downtown attractions. Our room was kind of small but we did not stay there for long periods of time. The staff was very nice and helpfull. There is also a subway station within steps of the hotel. We would stay there again.
“This will be our go to hotel in NYC”
We've stayed at many hotels in NYC for quick visits, this was by far the best value. Many other value hotels are small, basic, so-so areas. This was outstanding in everything you want in a hotel.
“Road trip”
My husband and I took a road trip this fall, our last stop was NYC. Our hotel was the perfect location to all the main attractions in NYC. We were two blocks from Herald square! We were able to walk to most locations or take the subway; the hotel is a few blocks from Penn station. The subway station is down the block. We had a great time.
“Great deal”
Although practically on times square (great location!), we had no trouble with noise on a Sunday night. Very neat choice, regarding all aspects.
“Nice and friendly”
This hotel really met our expectations apart from a few minor hiccups with the lifts being extremely slow and the lack of decaf coffee in the room each day after cleaning. One super big thank you to a male member of the desk team that sorted out a pre booked 911 Memorial pass ticket problem on our first day. That was real customer service.
“Location is great!”
I felt like we were close to most of what we wanted to do. The staff was really helpful with anything we needed. I was surprised with the room size for being in Manhattan and everything was always clean. Great place to stay!
