New, modern, personal--all of these describe the Conrad. The staff was very helpful. They use "caller id" to personalize their communication--it made me feel valued. It was a wonderful experience!

Exquisite, contemporary, spacious suites with architecturally exciting lobby. How great to be on the water surrounded by green space. We will return whenever we are back in Manhattan.

This hotel has exceptional customer service, everyone from the front desk to the bell captain showed concern for our comfort. The gift shop is wonderful and the hair salon is superb, quick and a reasonable cost. The best part was our dogs were made to feel as welcome as we were. This is our destination hotel everytime we are in New York City.

“Great Hotel for Weekend Stay!”

The location was convenient to Soho, Greenwich Village, and Tribecca but was in a quiet area with limited traffic/ noise. The decor was modern, but very warm and welcoming. The Staff was attentive, but not intrusive. The hotel room was immaculate, large, luxuriously appointed, and well-laid out. My only annoyance was having to pay $15 per day for internet service when paying such a high room rate.

Easily the best hotel I've ever stayed in, both in terms of cleanliness and service. The hotel itself is beautiful, and in a great part of the city for those who want to experience the hustle and bustle of NYC during the day, but come back to a nice, quiet room to sleep in at night. I would recommend the hotel to couples, families, and businesspeople alike!

“Fantastic Hotel!”

Absolutely fantastic hotel away from the bustle of the most touristy areas in Manhattan. I spent an awesome weekend here in April and couldn't have been happier with choosing this hotel as a birthday treat. The staff were fantastic, including recommending and booking me a hairdresser appointment for a dinner I had in the evening, the architecture and style of the hotel is just phenomenal and my room was incredibly modern and stylish, and of an extremely generous size by New York's standards. The hotel is right by the river with beautiful promenades next to it. If you want to treat yourself to 5 star, I couldn't recommend it enough.
