"Hébergement bien situé et abordable. Nous avons eu une nuit tranquille. Le déjeuner buffet est correct sans plus. L’hôtel est vieux alors les portes avant ne fonctionnaient pas bien tout comme les ascenseurs. Nous étions au 5ième étage et nous n’avons jamais été capable d’utiliser l’ascenseur parce qu’il ne s’arrêtait pas à notre palier. Nous avons communiquer avec le service aux chambres pour nous aider à faire fonctionner le téléviseur et ils ont venus rapidement régler la situation. La chambre avait l’air âgée mais le lit était confortable et tout fonctionnait parfaitement. Le stationnement de nuit est sécuritaire maïs dispendieux. À recommander pour un cour séjour."

"Rooms were spotless and supply hand-wash, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer lotion. Air conditioning worked great. Bed comfortable with lots of pillows. Only negative the paint on the trim could use a bit of a touch up. But I’m sure with rolling luggage bashing it up would be a daily task. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very Friendly staff. Overall pleased with stay and would not hesitate to return."

"We were told there would be valet parking. When we arrived we were told there was no valet that evening so I asked if we could park ourselves and was told there was no parking left for us. I double checked before arriving to make sure parking was available. So now it’s 8pm and we’re told we have to drive 2 blocks away to park in a public parkade. That was fine but this parkade entrance was in a back alley with vagrants and druggies laying all over the sidewalk that we had to pass by to walk back the 2 blocks to our hotel! Plus there was garbage all over the street and sidewalk. It was very scary and we worried the whole 4 nights that our car would be broken into during our stay. The hotel itself was clean and staff were very friendly, but I would not recommend staying here because of the location. With homeless and drugged people and garbage everywhere we were afraid to leave the hotel!"

"My stay at Hotel Bonaventure Montreal was great! The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. I had a beautiful view of the garden which was an added bonus. I was able to use the gym which was very clean and organized. There was a water bottle refill station making it very convenient. The hotel is on the 10th floor and is only one floor. It's very big and easy to get to your room. The overall stay was amazing. I'd definitely stay here again."
