"The Mangrove offered a full family vacation; there were activities for children and adults alike. The location is within walking distance from the town, which was ideal. There was a variety of food and most of the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would like added was airport transfers but that was easily remedied. I would not hesitate to recommend a family visit."

"Pros: Stayed 6 days/5 nights Fri-Weds. Hotel is on a one way street in the Pietermaii area and in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bars, bakery and mini markets. Various staff members were helpful throughout our stay. I asked for birthday decorations in the room. From giving us a tour of our sleeping quarters, showing us how to open the keycode lock on our door, setting up a rental car and telling us where we should park once we received it. We stayed in the one bedroom suite which was very large. It was setup more of like a very large studio apartment. It had a sectional sofa, kitchen and dining area(no microwave) and an open air bathroom (not private/no doors). Windows were tricky to open, but we figured it out so the room could have some fresh air. Housekeeping came everyday to change towels, make the bed and even wash whatever dishes were in the sink. The room has a back door w/patio and stairs leading down to the pool area. That area was clean and has loungers. Cons: They didn’t follow up on my email conversation about the rental car prior to us arriving. They contacted the rental company and we got a car the next day as requested. Delivered to the hotel. 👍 Pool towels are for rent, air conditioner blows directly down on the bed, housekeeping can be a bit better. Not what I go on vacation for, but it’s obvious the floor hadn’t been swept. Minor maintenance needed for the loose back door handle and the shaky balaster ball at the top of the back staircase."

"Modern and stylish hotel, grate spot of beach club, very helpful and frendly staff, The Lemon Beach Restaurant has a grate choice of menu , very good breakfast. Do not miss chef's dinner at Lemon Tree Restaurant, it's outstanding, unforgettable experience. Hotel's location is very convenient, close to Queen Emma Bridge, a lot of top rated Restaurants around. I will definitely come back to Art hotel"

"This property is in extremely poor condition, and I strongly recommend avoiding a stay here. The carpets in the lobby are filthy, the noise from the street is constant, and a live band plays on the rooftop until midnight, making it nearly impossible to relax. There are also water leaks coming from the ceiling, and you can clearly hear water rushing through the pipes every time someone upstairs uses the bathroom. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the condition of the property is completely unacceptable."

"We recently stayed at the Renaissance Wind Creek Curaçao Resort and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The highlight of the property is definitely the beach area. The man-made beach and infinity pool overlooking the ocean are beautiful, well-maintained, and provide a relaxing atmosphere. It was one of our favorite parts of the resort. The food was generally good throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the meals and service at both the Pool Bar and the 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar. In the main dining room, our first dinner was excellent, particularly the chicken and fish dishes. However, during a later visit, the pizza was noticeably undercooked and did not meet the same standard as our earlier meal. One thing that stood out was the staff. The wait staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, attentive, and accommodating, helping make our stay enjoyable. The biggest disappointment was that the pool and beach area were closed for the first two days of our stay. We were not notified of this closure in advance, and it significantly impacted our experience since these amenities were a major reason we chose the resort. Despite that inconvenience, the beautiful beach area, good food, and excellent service made for a pleasant stay overall."
