"We had a wonderful 3 night stay at The Shack. The location, just 3kms to Millthorpe, was ideal. Locating and accessing the property was easy. It is very private and quiet, with lots of outdoor space to roam. We had fun playing soccer and wandering through the grove of trees. We made use of the fully equipped kitchen and the BBQ outside and enjoyed both indoor and outdoor fires. Would highly recommend a stay at The Shack for a quiet relaxing break."

"Being a racing fan, you cant get a closer spot to watch the race on the mountain. Its a very nice luxury unit and befitting of the location. Will definitely stay again."

"The property is a nice modern unit tucked in behind a traditional home and another unit down a lane way. We had some trouble locating it in the night, from the online information. Once we found it, it was very comfortable and well maintained, with all that we needed for our stay. The location is good, not far from the Panthers leagues club and Ox and Park pubs for meals, and quite close to the centre of town. Overall a lovely interior with great beds and facilities and in a great location....

"They certainly catered for your every need. Can't think of a thing that I needed which wasn't there. Kitchen had everything (except a silicon flipper for your eggs). They even has a x3 makeup mirror. I was impressed with that. The only issue we had was with the hard beds, as we are use to softer ones."

"We have a good stay, however we have the following concerns: 1. We are advised that being guests,we could collect a bottle of wine from the wine shop. But they insisted that wine if provided only on guest wine tasting. We do not mind doing that but this should be clearly stated in our package. 2. The outside table advisertised for this cottage is actually a common area and more for the use of the other connecting cottage. There were lots of possum poo where the outside dining is. 3. "Perfect retreat from busy city life. The place is very quaint and clean. It is modern, comfortable, and well decorated. There are amazing views of the country. I would most definitely recommend."
