Codes are good but very sensitive - took many tries to actually get it to work. Water pressure is awesome! Room was very clean and the common area cozy but unusable really. Too far to go to main hotel for breakfast. But BOLOGNA is absolutely stunning!"

"I stayed for five nights in May 2024. My room was large and clean and had all the amenities I needed. The location is wonderful - just a 5 minute walk to the center. I didn’t see the staff very often because it was mostly unstaffed, but when I did they were friendly and helpful. A few opportunities for improvements: My room was very humid. Being on the first floor, I didn’t want the windows open all the time so people could see in. I did a load of washing my first day there and after three days...

EVERYONE was super helpful and so nice but Luisa and Alessio went above and beyond for us. The whole management team were so nice and worked really hard to accommodate our taxi needs and also our son’s food allergies. Would definitely stay here again and would even book a trip back to Maranello to stay there :-)"

The door to the bathroom is filthy. There are several LARGE scent diffusers, which I didn't think much of. As the smell was overwhelming, I moved it to the hall. When we came back, we knew why they had them all over the place. It smells horrible. The bathrooms are nice. They money on that. The bed's mattress is...

"The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host"
