“Classy Older Hotel-Great Value compared to others”

The hotel is around 50 years old but has been well maintained as is in a very prestigous neighborhood. The staff were very courteous from the front desk to the restraunt to the pool staff. You will have the option to use resort services, but if you choose not to, they don't automatically add it to the bill. Great location across from Bal Harbour mall, walk straight from the pool to the beach in just a few steps.

“Excellent Vacation!”

This was a last minute reservation and my family and I enjoyed our stay very much. This hotel is quiet and offers class service. We were very impressed let alone pleased. The beach is within walking distance and conforting. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you. Miami Beach, shopping, restaurants are all within driving distance.

“I would stay here again”

This was great place to stay. The service was exceptional. The rooms were generous in size. While it was a bit quiet on the North end, it was a good retreat. You really did not have to leave if you did not want to. The restaurant food and menu was just fine. The outside bar was perfect when you are on the sun deck. We especialy enjoyed the luxurious cushions with the lounge chairs, although you did have to pay $5.50 per day, but it was well worth it. The pool was great and the temp. was nice and warm. You were a $20 cab ride to south beach, which was fine if you want to explore. Also CVS was across the street as well as the Bal Harbor Mall. There was great walking/running path right off of the sun deck.

The hotel staff was top notch. Enjoyed breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean. We are planning to return to this hotel in the near future.

We found Sea View Bal Harbour to be a first class hotel with all the comforts to make our stay most pleasant. May consider a return visit for an extended stay next winter.

“Will go back every year”

This hotel is very nice. We upgraded to a ocean view with balcony and the view could not get any better. Hotel food was pricey but very good. Our 6 year old is very picky and there were items on the menu for children. Very relaxing hotel.

I can't say enough good things about Bal Harbour Sea View Hotel. From management to housekeeping, everyone was more than willing to assist you in anyway possible. They made our stay very memorable and can't wait to return. For a great vacation stay with excellent service we highly recommend the Sea View Hotel!

Excellent location. Very good, affordable food at their restaurant. Pool bar and restaurant attendants:THE BEST! Front desk clerks: please SMILE, aknowledge vs ignoring guests around you!Room was super clean and very spacious. We'll definetely go back!
