everything is 10+.....I had a really nice experience.I stayed for 3 nights with my 2 years old son and it was just fabulous.I don't have words to say how nice is this resort.

“Miami Lowes - Almost Perfect”

This was our second stay at Miami Lowes in the last 4 months. This is a great resort. The resort itself is beautiful, the pool (as well as pool staff) is absolutely amazing. The location to restaurants, shopping and beach cannot be beat. The room...is just so-so. Last time we had a balcony, this time we did not - and the balcony rooms just seem more spacious. The food poolside is great tasting and a decent value - the other on site restaurants are expensive. This resort definately caters to children (that is good for us...). We enjoyed the 24 hour pool. Our only complaints (beside room size) was that housekeeping missed the details like replenishing coffee pods and disposable cups and we had to call for clean towels. And our big beef...there is construction going on right adjacent to the pool, in fact if you have a lounge chair on construction side it is down right miserable. I would not go back until construction is completed. Otherwise, under normal cirmcumstances this is a great place (expensive - but you get what you pay for)

“Exceptional Customer Service!”

Excellent customer service! The hotel staff pampers the guest during their entire stay and even after check out. Had access to pool even after I checked-out. Loews even stored my luggage after checking out! Excellent hotel, clean rooms, superior staff, food tasty! I will return.

“Great hotel for friends or family”

This was the best hotel I could have stayed at in Miami. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. My only wish was they'd let me valet some of those beautiful cars that pull up to the hotel. Great Place!!

“Great hotel for anyone!”

The hotel was amazing; the staff was very helpful and nice. My friend broke his leg prior to our trip and they were very accommodating with letting us use their wheelchair while on the premises. The room was very clean and comfortable and the balcony was an added bonus, it was small but it was enjoyable. The pool are was nice and very spacious. I like the fact that you had to show security your room key to enter in the hotel from the beach.

“If your traveling with a Family, this is the place”

If your traveling with a Family, this is where you should stay in South Beach. The staff is incredibly helpful and the service is second to non. The hotel is extremely kid friendly and everyone who works there takes the service to another level, we were very impressed.

“The best of Collins Ave.”

It was absolutely splendid! I cannot wait to return. This is the best hotel on Collins Ave. The staff is very accommodating, and they work extremely hard to make their guests feel welcolmed and comfortable. At one point it became extremely hot, so as guest were entering the hotel, they were handed cold bottle water, and h'ordeuvres. The hotel is very secure, each time you are headed towards the pool, you have to show security your room key. This is to make sure outsiders are not reaping the benefits that you paid for. the hotel has a private entrance to the beach, access only with your room key. The hotel is very clean and has activities during the day mostly for free. It's like Lay's potato chips you can't just have one visit, they make you want to return over and over again!
