"Clean very convenient, close to restaurants. Spacious, has kitchen. Staff are very attentive. Feel like more air b&b with on site staff. Paid extra for lake view, not sure really need it, most of the time, we spent on lake side area with excellent view and scenery. "

"The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure! "Lovely apartment with all the necessities to make an enjpyable stay. Marco and Daniella were perfect hosts and left us a welcome bottle of Proseco and cookies. They were available for our many questions. BUT THE VIEW WAS EXCEPTIONAL. From snow capped moutains to the lake we had a panoramic view one that we will never forget. The town is quaint and ferries to other towns were easy. We highly recommend this apartment and location. Thank you again Marco and Daniella."

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was even nicer in person than in the photos. The view of the lake was amazing from all the windows, it's amazing to have a shower with a view. We had some rainy days while we were there, but we didn’t mind too much because you could just sit and watch the lake from the huge windows in the living room, and also from the balcony that has a small roof so you can step out there even in rainy weather. The apartment has a wood pellet...

"Directions to the unit were clear, we found the property easily. The 3 km road leading to it from the main road is incredibly narrow most of the time but even with traffic it is doable. We had everything we needed for our stay, kitchen items, washer, dishwasher. Our host even provided a welcome gift of pasta and tomato sauce and a bottle of wine. Wifi was good. Communication with the host was excellent. I can highly recommend this place to anyone."

"This was a beautiful, spacious 3rd floor apartment in Como. The location was steps from the Duomo, the lake, shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to both train stations for day trips. The property manager was very responsive."

A ferry pickup, supermarket, park, beach and several restaurants were within easy walking distance. We hope to get to use the inviting pool for a future visit during warmer weather."

"The appartment is very spacy, clean, well equipped and also very cosy. Due to the wooden blinds and the stone floor the appart was still cool while outside temperatures of 32 degrees and hence very suitable for dogs. The garden is also very large and has a magnificent view on the lake and mountains."

"Our accommodation had the most breathtaking view. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were gracious, attentive and lovely. San Giovanni ferry terminal is only a few meters away and Bellagio is walkable if you don't mind going uphill and downhill. The area is very peaceful and quiet."

"The room itself was great and well equipped, it is upgrades and we received a free upgrade with a lake view including a balcony. Our air conditioning did not work the greatest and it was warm getting ready and the Wi-Fi did not work great. The staff was excellent though and accommodated us with our request for one more night and we did not need to switch rooms. Would definitely recommend for a great value and location stay in Lenno "

"The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It’s centrally located and walkable to everything in Como. Only a 12 minute walk to the central station. A good grocery store just down the street. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and friendly. "
