You should include wifi everywhere in the Hotel. All good 4 and 5 star hotels have that included in the price. Also, you need to have much variety in the buffet

“Great hotel”

I went with my mother for a family weekend and it was all we were expecting. The room was nice, a very good breakfast and great pool. The location is great. You are at walking distance from great restaurants and the oviedo shooping mall.

Great overall Hotel...bad part is that they charge for Internet separately and it is not that great.

The check in proces took almost a half hour and the bell boy cut right in front of me with another guest which I was not expecting from a 5 star hotel. The qulaity of food was good and the service at the restaurant was excellent. Mario, who my guess is the Front Desk Manager, assisted me in printing documents and was very helpful. Overall the experience did not meet my expectations for a 5 star hotel.
