If you want a reasonably nice hotel, conveniently located, this is your place. Nothing fancy, but everything is done well and our stay was very pleasant. My only complaint is that the internet is slow.

“Great stay!”

The hotel is easy to get to. It is about 5 minutes from the Kahului airport & in a central location to food & shopping. The hotel itself is well kept, the pool area is very nice plus there is a beach area out back that can be accessed via the back lawn area. The room was very clean and the service staff was very pleasant & helpful. Laundry room on site which is a plus. Fitness room on the 2nd floor which only has 3 cardio machines in it. Not a big deal as I wasn't there for the workout. I was also able to train at Powerhouse Gym in Kihei. Accessing Maui from this location...for the money...was well worth the expense. I'd stay here again and will actually be booking rooms here for next year.

“Loved my week long stay”

I just got back from Maui. Made it a point to review this hotel. Because it was far beyond my expectations! We lived here for the last week of the year. Had a beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains. Our room had a balcony too, which was awesome. They served breakfast too - at $10 - pretty decent I must say. It's a great place to live for cheap. But if you are the type who likes to stay inside the hotel and try spas and all - then this isn't that kind of place. It's a simple sweet hotel. I loved it! Great value for the price.

“Very Convenient”

In all my years that I've been to Maui, I have always stayed in Kihei at a little pricier hotel/condo. However, since I was traveling with my grandson, I wanted something centrally located to restaurants and entertainment. The Maui Beach was a perfect choice. We were right across the street from a shopping mall and there were many eating place within a short driving distance. So, that last minute, "I'm hungry" whine was no problem. Since we are Hawaii residences, we did not need the fancy swimming pools or beaches.

The hotel is located close to the airport, scenic areas, and excellent restaurants. It's also conveniently located by a large shopping mall. The hotel room was in great condition and clean. They offered a nice buffet breakfast. Through Expedia we got an inexpensive rate for two nights which helped us a lot financially. I recommend the Maui Beach Hotel to anyone looking for good value and quality.
