"After a challenging 18 months in Melbourne we were really looking forward to a week away. On picking up the keys, we were advised the garage door remote was not functioning. It was unable to be fixed during our stay, and we relied on our tall 16 year-old to hold open the garage door. We had a range of further issues with this property: The TV reception was very poor due to a loose aerial cord at the socket, and not fixed during our stay.
