“Great service. Will be back.”
In short, this will be the hotel that my wife and I stay next time we visit the Diamond Bar area. The front desk went above and beyond when it comes to the check-in process. There is also an empty fridge provided in the room, and not every hotel has this feature (even when it’s a 5-star hotel). Overall, the price is fair for this 3-star hotel at where it’s located. We are very pleased and will recommend the hotel to our friends.

The only complain we had was LOCATION, it was really far from the main city and was a pain travelling back and forth. But if you want a quite get away there is nothing wrong with this place. The experience was wonderful, wish it was closer to the mainland.

I loved the hotel most of time while I stayed. I loved the restaurant for breakfast. But, it was a little noise since my room was located road side.

“Good overseas experience”
Diamond Bar is about 50% Oriental and it is like going to China without spending all that money. The shops and resturants are mostly Oriental. A good experience.

The Hotel was nice, staff was good. But it is facing a highway and if your room happens to face the road you will hear the noise of the traffic, especially during the night. It was a little disturbing, had I know that earlier I would have requested a room on the opposite side.
