thank you for response. we are in the process of updating and cleaning all the rooms. We also are in the process of departing ourselves with some of our unwanted guest. Next time please come up to us and we can make your stay way more better

Thanks for your review, we appreciate your feedback. As far as coffee and breakfast, we are still under COVID-19 directives which prohibit us from serving food. Did you ask the front desk or housekeeping staff for washcloths when you discovered them missing? And did you let the front desk know when other guests were being loud? We can't work to resolve your issues unless we know you're having a problem.

Like many other businesses during the pandemic, we are simply doing what we can to stay afloat and keep our staff employed. We do not tolerate illegal activity of any sort on our property; and when it is observed and reported to us we take immediate action. We are all human and are deserving of dignity and respect.

We're sorry you were unhappy during your stay with us. If you had let the front desk know the room was unsatisfactory, they would've done their best to find accommodations you were happy with. The continental breakfast was complimentary -- we're sorry it didn't suit your taste, however it WAS free.

Unfortunately you commented anonymously, so we can't address any of the issues you mentioned as we don't know what room you were in. You were probably put on the 2nd floor because that was what was available at the time. If you didn't like your room, it was never communicated to any staff -- we could've placed you in a room you were happy with. Our property description does not list us having elevators, and the only reason someone did not help you with your baggage is because they were busy with another guest. The garage could use more lighting, and the plumbing issues come with the age of the property (built 1954) and need to be addressed. That being said, we are truly sorry you were unhappy with your stay here.
