“Just An All-Around Great Hotel”

We chose this hotel for its central location to the various places that we would be visiting on our trip. We were greeted when we walked in the door, got to the Reception Desk and even by the manager as he walked by. Everyone was friendly, helpful and seemed genuinely glad that we were there. A great example was the staff member who kept the breakfast buffet open for a couple more minutes so I could grab something to eat even though it was 10 minutes after service had ended. He actually asked me if I wanted something when I sat down in a chair close by. Great Service! Our room was comfortable and clean. The gym and pool area were clean, all the equipment was working and well-maintained and the hotel overall was well taken care of. There were 2 small issues. First, on two occasions we didn’t get enough towels. Second, our room was next to a fire exit door and we could hear traffic from the freeway close by. It wasn’t extremely loud but it was there in the background. Overall, we had a great stay and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay in the LA area if you have a car - would return again! Pros: - Easy to find location right off of the freeway. - Modern and new-looking room, furnishings, furniture, flat panel, bathroom, TV, etc. - Free wireless or wried internet which is reliable and fast - Friendly staff - Very reasonable price - Well-kept common areas and rooms Cons: - Busy LA freeway can be a bit noisy if you room faces that direction

“Fabulous Stay for families”

Awesome everything. I dropped a pearl earring in the sink and within 5 min. a plumber was there to remove the U-pipe and there my earring was. Breakfast is a good value, but there are other cheaper restaurants within walking distance. Get the breakfast with your room and save. Good customer service, nice pool area for the kiddies, clean and sufficient workout room. Bathrooms a little small, but definitely sufficient. Great value in a great location.

“great off the freeway stay”

This place is very nice with the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The front desk person was extremely helpful with me wanting to change rooms and didnt seem BOTHERED by my request. The only downside was it was very close to the freeway so you can hear road noise. The room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. I will go back the next time I go to Universal Studios.

Staff was really helpful before I was checking-in. Also, I was very impressed with the free wi-fi and free parking. the room is a good size and close to Arcadia.

The hotel is beautiful and right off the freeway. We were able to check in early which was great because we were going to a concert and would be returning very late that night. The staff is wonderful!

Check-In was fast and staff were great. Location was conveniently located. Room was clean. Free Parking!

We were not sure where to stay near relatives that would be safe for us, our car and easy to get to. This filled the bill!! Nice hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast. I would definately recommend adding the breakfast to your stay, it is much less expensive then if you pay for it once you have arrived. I will for sure stay here again.
