It was clean and had everything you could possibly want. Laura and Rick were amazing and got back to me immediately wheb i asked if we could drink the tap water (which you can). The host was gracious, attentive and very helpful. This is the only property we’ve ever found that allows early checkin (11 am) AND a later checkout (2 pm)! "Great spot only a short walk from the beach. The fully fenced yard was great for the dogs. Everything about the property was as advertised and very modern inside. Had to take a couple stars off of cleanliness as the floors were a little sticky and grimy- seemed like they hadn’t been mopped, and some trash left outside."
