The only thing good about our stay was location to O2 arena. We arrived and were told you were overbooked and that we would have to stay at a hotel 20 minutes away. I explained I was traveling with my sister who has special needs. We were then given a room in the apartments with a king bed rather than twin room as we had booked. The whole hotel is under construction, not a five star experience by a long shot.

Fantastic service, made so welcome, fabulous room which made an exceptional treat to make memories worth the splurge.. My 12 tr old son and I loved every minute.. swam, popped to shops minutes away in O2, out tof some to eateries , fab view at night from amazing comfy beds if you get lucky( they try to give you one if spare when checking in .. which excited son no end..Sunday swim gym , more people watching and street performers only 2 mins outside , and home with great pics and memories.. lived the life for one night and the Hotel made it v special.

Easy walk to underground transportation, incredible views, multiple bar/food options. The pool area was not relaxing at all with people doing cannonballs and the gym was closed the duration of my stay

This is a gorgeous hotel but if you need to take an Uber or a Taxi do NOT stay here on a weekend. There is an ongoing tunnel closure that no one told us about even once we arrived that makes driving from downtown London to the hotel over an hour. It’s only a 15 minute drive to downtown but no taxi or Uber will take you. We were completely stranded twice. I missed out on 3/4 of a Premier league game as a result (the hotel spent 30 min trying to get a taxi they probably knew wasn’t coming) then didn’t tell me the reason - and when I asked for a taxi an hour before we had to leave for the airport the next morning - I went down only yo be told after 30 extra minutes of waiting none was available. We had to cart all of our luggage to the train station and offer the taxi stand 3x the rate ($150) to go a 15 min drive. This hotel needs to earn its guests. Otherwise nice rooms.

We had a lovely stay here for our 23rd Wedding anniversary. We were greeted on arrival and check in was smooth. I knew about the £100 deposit from someone else’s review so it was not a shock. Disappointed to be told the spa was closed but glad to be informed. Sadly not told that the gym was closed or the 18th floor cocktail bar. Did not like the knock at the door late evening asking if we would like to book treatments. The pool was lovely (shame about the children jumping in the pool) the steam room was good. Dinner & breakfast especially at the Market Brasserie was good. Attentive staff. All in all I would recommend and return.
