“"Not Impressed"”
If you want cheap & cheerful with NO FRILLs then this hotel is ok as it's walking distance to centre of London. But if you have suitcases the stairs & no lift are a real problem (65 stairs if you are on the 3rd floor) It really is a backpackers hotel. The staff were friendly enough, but we would not stay there again.
“Nice and Convenient”
Nice hotel with adequately cleaned and sized room. Got free wifi. Placed conveniently near Victoria station.

Friendly helpful staff, room was in line with expectations and rate.
“Excellent Location”
Hotel is located in an excellent location, peaceful and quiet neighbourhood about 10-15 mins walk from Buckingham Palace and even less from Victoria station. Room was small and bathroom even smaller, but clean and the service was excellent. The people at the desk were friendly and helpful. For London, it was a good price and I'd definetly stay in this neighbourhood again. The hotel is a fairly easy walk from Victoria station (where you can catch the Gatwick Airport Express) even with luggage, and if you are doing day tours from Victoria Coach station, its an excellent location to stay.
