“ITS A HIDDEN GEM”
The hotel location is very good, walking distance to railway station, we had a seaview room on 5th floor. Room cleaned daily, towels changed daily as well,air con and safe included in price.Hotel reception very helpful, swimmlng pool clean free towels provided, hotel has a bar. Breakfast room on 4th floor with a panoramic view, food selection ok, juices, cereal, coffee, yoghurts, ham, cheeses,toaster, bread rolls etc etc .Area around hotel has some nice bars and eating places , Estoril beach only short walk, Cacais the next resort is walkable or you can travel there by train or bus and taxi. My opinion overall is that we will be heading back, weather an average 30 deg when we were there, and Lisbon only 35 mits away with loads to do and see .

Very nice hotel, well situated,close to the beach,supermarket,restaurants. Staff very helpful and kind. Breakfast very tasty and the view from the restaurant absolutely amazing!!
“At the beach in January”
Good hotel, 3 minutes from the beach. I visited in January. It was 4C during the day and 0C at night, so rather cold. The property is not built for this weather. There is only one restaurant nearby. The breakfast included with the room was good, eggs, sausage, yoghurt, coffee, fruit, pasteries. Hotel staff were knowledgable about the area and friendly. The mattress was a bit stiff, but for the rate I was paying, it was good. Great balcony view of the water. I would stay here in July.

Very nice staff, clean and comfortable room, yummy breakfast. I had all, what I expected.
“Good place poor service”
We stayed 5 days in this hotel convenient location close to the train station for both Cascais and Lisbon and close to the beach. Room was nice, we were lucky to have one with nice balcony. Staff was friendly but could not answer our question, also no help with luggage when there is lot of stairs, hotel not convenient for accessibility. Pool was nice, just noisy by the road. Breakfast was pretty poor and choice very limited. A bit disappointing really
“Not Impressed”
Room smelled like smoke, shower tiny and leaking. Unfriendly staff. Breakfast tables dirty and food of low quality. Very noisy until late at night if you're on the same floor as the restaurant. Don't go there if you are after comfort and a relaxing holiday.
