Pros: Velib bike station outside the door and Train station accross the street
Cons: Nearest metro is a bit of a walk but instead you can always cycle to it on Velib bike.
Excellent hotel for the money. Staff were efficient and room was cleaned daily. I thought location was great as I got around by the Paris Velib rent a bike scheme. There's even a docking station right outside the hotel. It took me 15/20 mins to cycle to Arc De Triomphe. Paris is easy and safe to cycle about plus you get to know the city very quickly compared to not seeing anything on the metro. Will definitely return to this hotel as I found it to be fantastic value for money.

Well priced!Posted 06/07/2013
Had a good stay at the Hotel, the staff is very competent and nice. The Hotel's neighborhood is great, you'll find a few good restaurants and, because it is not located in the «tourist» area of the city, the prices aren't inflated, there is no pickpocket and you can sleep well because there is no noises at night. Room prices are very reasonable for paris.

The staff was is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is clean. The rooms are not very sound proof but once traffic outside is quiet, the palce is peacefull. There is a main train station very close by and it is only 2 stops from St Lasaze. I sure will visit there again.
