"Excellent location. Close to city, Tigers ground and theatre. Professional welcome on reception. The room was comfortable and spacious. Heating instructions were useful. Bathroom was very spacious with lovely shower and toiletries. Bar area was welcoming. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with extra cooked options. All staff were friendly. A great rugby stay at a value for money rate. We will definitely return next season. "

"Excellent stay as always apart from one small thing. I have been staying here each time I come to Leicester and I have also been recommending my friends therefore you have good business on recommendation. However when I called up to request some coffee and some of your lovely cookies I was told by an older gentleman to come down and get it as he cannot leave the reception. I refused to come down and then he said he will bring it up and he did'nt. Little let down from my experience. Would I come again to stay at this hotel - yes but it would be nice to keep service consistant and 5* as its a lovely place. Thank you."

"Incredible hotel, new name of voco was slightly confusing trying to locate the hotel. Everything was polished off to max, incredible room and the design blew my mind the bed so comfy, bathroom simply stunning. HOWEVER, rooms were joined with the neighbouring room and often felt unsafe thinking they could access my room through a conjoining door. Also could hear the person in the room literally breathing, apart from that it was stunning. "

"This is a motorway services hotel. The view looked out to the car park. That was fine and to be expected. The staff were super friendly and the room clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and a great sleep it provided. Will return."
