“Good value off the strip”

Pretty standard for a regular off-strip hotel in Vegas. Great HD TV, better quality picture than I've seen in rooms costing 7x the price - or any hotel for that matter. Close to LAS and several off-strip restaurants (Ruth's Chris, Gordon Biersch, Firefly tapas bar, etc.).

“GOOD PLACE TO STAY”

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED THE ONLY THINGS I DON'T LIKE WAS YOU CAN HEAR THE PEOPLE TALKING ON THE OTHER ROOM . CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST VERY GOOD. I CAN RECOMMEND THIS TO THE OTHER WHO WANTS TO STAY AT LA QUINTA.

“decent for it's price”

The room was not prepared for arrival in that the toilet was not flushing, the door stopper was not screwed into the door rolling around on the floor ready to be stepped on and one towel was lacking for the number of guests planning to stay. It took an hour for the toilet to be fixed at 12:15AM and there were no other rooms available to move to. The staff and maitenance are very helpful and nice. The complementary breakfast has a nice variety: waffles, cereal/milk, bagels, bananas, yogurt, coffee and orange juice. Watch out for the potholes in the parking lot. Didn't have time to check out the pool.

“Stay Away. Spend the money to Stay at a Better Place”

I booked 2 rooms. Only one room was available at check in, we arrived at 3pm, not earlier. As we entered the first room, there was a dying cockroach to greet us on the floor. About three hours later our second room was available. No cockroach greeting at the second room. The morning breakfast was a joke. Who serves hard boiled eggs for breakfast? We used the hotel shuttle to the strip, first driver was very courteous and nice, the second time we used it, to return back to the hotel, it was a horrible ride back, it was like being in a bumper car (different driver). The lobby staff were courteous and so were the housekeeping staff. The area is shady to say the least. Spend the money at a better hotel and save yourself the horror of an unwanted welcome of dying cockroaches.

“not good as other la quinta inn's”

My room was'nt clean so is the hotel lobby & parking lot; receptionist checked me in after 3:00pm only, waited 2 hrs in the lobby

“over priced for quality especially in vegas”

Rooms are poorly maintained hallway carpeting is really bad looking. Breakfast only had waffle as hot food item. Reaches all over outside. We won't be returning to this sight. There are other places of slightly better quality that are even cheaper in price

“Medium fare, quite nice”

Was here for two nights. This was my second stay since my first stay was good. This time it was on a weekend, and boy, there was so much noise in the corridors. Even normal talk sounded loud. Around 3am my next door neighbor returned and I could everything she was saying till she probably dropped off. I was sound asleep before that. Bottomline - the walls are paper thin. I also killed a small roach on the toilet seat, when I was sitting on it. Besides that, the room was v clean, and had all amenities, which I wanted. The breakfast is good. This time the wifi signal was also very strong. Free parking, close proximity to the center of the strip, reasonable fare ... what else does a traveler want.

“Different nights, Different experiences”

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning and end or a 10 day trip. Our first night was very comfortable and quiet and the room was in good condition. At the end of our trip we were put on the ground floor (the pet floor) even though we had reserved the room months in advance. The hallway carpet was dirty and the room needed some attention. The bathtub was in sad shape with parts of the finish missing and chipped off. The guests across the hall left their dog in their room and it barked non-stop. I called to ask for a room change and was told that the hotel was full. We had an early flight and had to go to bed early, but the dog continued to bark until the owners returned later that evening. We had a very unrestful night and felt that the hotel didn't help much in our situation.
