“Caesar's Palace Las Vegas”

We were promptly greeted at reception and given a no extra cost upgrade from a standard room to a much larger room with a great view. It helped that we were there mid-week and the computer showed that we were there to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary (I confirmed the room and relayed this info the day before departure). The bed in the Augustus tower room was the most comfortable bed either my wife or I could ever remember having in a hotel room. The room was spacious with a large, jetted tub and huge glass shower. There was an extra flat panel TV in the bathroom. Our view from the 19th floor overlooked the Belagio fountain with the Paris and Planet Hollywood Hotels across the street. The Mesa Grill restaurant in the hotel was excellent. The services at Caesar's were all terrific. He had a great time.

“This hotel rocks”

Caesars palace rocks. Went mid week and got a free upgrade to the deluxe room which had the whirlpool. Room service prices with GBP are not bad. $30 for a 1/2 bottle of brand name champagne. At times it can be tacky with the Roman theme, but after visiting the other hotels it feels much better at Caesars and the Roman statues after the 1st day starts to make sense! Only bad stuff to say is that the 24 hour cafe/restaurant next to the lobby sells frozen hamburgers. Not really to be expected in a 4-diamond rating (U.S. system) hotel and in the Hamburger country. Not to mention at $20 a go. The pool is the main attraction. Very beautiful.

“Outstanding Staff”

Overall the Hotel was wonderful. We only had one problem through out our 5 night stay. That one problem however was with room service. My companion ordered a sandwich and got food poisoning from it. I ordered a hamburger and was fine. Just beware when ordering from your room. Other than that the Hotel itself was wonderful along with the outstanding staff. I would return over and over again.

“Very good time.”

Although I expected Caesars to be great, I was very impressed every day. We went on Labor Day weekend which was a mistake. The pedestrians and the traffic was nearly unbearable. Luckily because of the convenient location of Caesars, we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to see. We did not "buy-up" and we had a fantastic room; complete with jacuzzi and walk-in shower, flat screen TV, very comfortable bed, and a view of the Garden of the Gods. If you plan to buy anything to put in the fridge, forget it. Only things already in there (they cost a small fortune) go in or out of that fridge and you shouldn't pick up those items. It said in the liturature you could be charged accidentally. There is a food market with very good food and relatively moderately priced-great for any meal.
