“Awesome resort and awesome service from staff!!”

Staff were really friendly and helpful at all times. The room was really nice and looked exactly like the photos. We had a beach bungalow, so the sound of the waves in the morning was just devine. Room service was done daily and we were never disapointed. The pool was massive and amazing to swim in. The daily buffet breakfast was always fresh and you didn't walk out hungry! The bed was comfortable and the resort was clean and tidy. It was very big and had a variety of different styles of accomodation. The only bad thing was that when walking to our beach bungalow, we had to walk over a bridge and the water underneath was very dirty and smelly, but hey that only lasted 10 seconds! overall, AWESOME. I would reccomend it to both couples and families. Location was fine also, only 5 minute walk to the main shops.

“First house rooms set apart from main resort”

The rooms were a little out of the way of the main hotel and reception so unfortunately after an incident with a young man next door and a lady boy, the hotel put security at the rooms which wasn't there previously. Might want pool apartment or bungalow next time. Overall it was very quiet and the facilities were great.

“Great value”

Great price for the quality of rooms. A quiet location out of the center Of chaweng but was perfect. Good breakfast buffet, good beach good pool.

“good hotel for the money”

we were not planning to spend much money on this element of our holiday so had one of the cheapest rooms, which was in an apartment block away from the pool (but only by a couple of minutes walk from the reception and pool). The room was clean, with great air con which you need in thailand! The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and the beach great as its in a small bay round the corner from chewang so a little more quiet, but not in a bad way. They have a computer which you can pay to use, but its in a room with no air con, not very comfortable.

“Great hotel, shame about the location”

Staff and the hotel was great. The swimming pool is amazing! Buffet breakfast was great, staff willing to cook different things if you requested it, great variety day-to-day. And wi-fi in the main lobby is free. The hotel's "private beach" is a bit secluded, and all the cabins from this hotel face out onto this beach so you feel like you're in someone else's back yard if you don't have a beach-front room. It is a LONG walk to the main area, both by beach and street. You will need to rent a scooter or take a taxi every day, as there is very little to do immediately in the vicinity of the hotel.

“Decent for the price but don't expect much”

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay, this is not a bad option. It's right on Chaweng beach, and about a 15-20 min walk to the main shopping/nightlife area at Chaweng (or a 50 baht per person taxi ride). The breakfast buffet is pretty decent as well (good spread with a made-to-order egg station). The breakfast restaurant is right on the beach so that was pretty nice to dine next to the waves in the morning. But you get what you pay for and this is a budget hotel after all, so don't be surprised if certain things aren't great. I had a room in the First Building (cheapest rooms). My shower wasn't working and I had to wait an hour for someone to come fix it. The bed and pillows were very hard, the safe was broken, and there were no windows in the room. There is a balcony in the bathroom which gives you a view of other guests' balconies and air-con units, that's about it. I left my balcony door closed the entire trip because I thought it might also be quite unsafe - someone could easily climb into your room. On the whole, if you're looking for a cheap no frills place that's right on the beach, I'd recommend this resort.
