“When only the best will do.”

This hotel has done it all the right way from the Manager Andy right down to the room cleaning staff, everyone you come in contact with is pleasant,friendly and just wanting to know if they can help you further. The food was excellent and a very extensive range from specially cooked eggs to your choice for breakfast to dinning under the stars with a 4 piece band to set the mood of an evening. Congratulations to the management for meeting the market with price, quality and comfort for the traveler.

“Great getaway spot”

this place is rather off the beaten path and some way from town but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay immensely. their rooms were spotless, their breakfast was fantastic, the pools and private beaches offer amazing relaxation spots and their restaurants (while slightly expensive) offer plenty of options for food on site. The service could be somewhat frustrating at times as they were a bit unhelpful at finding good places to do tours and they failed to mention the free shuttle to town but usually if you asked, they would eventually help you out. the cleaning service was quick and efficient and were flexible about the time they worked on your room. we made it to town 3/4 nights that we stayed and if you know when you want to go to town, you can sign up for the free shuttle early. Bhundhari is a fantastic hotel and an amazing way to spend any vacation on koh samui.

“"Would recommend to anyone and everyone"”

Words can't explain the time we had....the location was amazing as was the resort. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. It was proberly the best holiday we have ever had....peaceful and a perfect spot to get away from the rush of our world today. The food was amazing in the resort! Nothing was too much trouble for the chef and every meal was an experience! We are planning to go back and would look at staying at the same resort cause it was amazing. Relaxed and still feel it now I'm back at work. The Best!!!!

“happy honeymooners”

We stayed at Bhundhari for 9 nights for our honey moon. We booked a luxury pool villa which was extreemly private. The position was great, bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. My only criticism would be the shower heads needed to be replaced. The service from all staff was great, they always had a smile and were happy to help in any way. We had read a few negative comments about there ability to speak english but we pleasantly surprised. I think westerners need to remember you are in another country unless u speak their language be a little patient. If you are thinking about paying for the club i would recomend. We used this nearly everyday and while the food was not spectacular it was nice as this was the only western food we ate whilst in Samui. A big thanks to the GM for putting on such an amazing seafood dinner on the beach under the full moon for my wife on her 30th Birthday, it will be a memory we have for ever. The location Bhundhari is located just out of chaweng. We did travel the whole island and found the position of Bhundhari to be the most secluded and private, the cleanest and close enough to the hustle and bustle when you wanted to be there. 7 minutes to airport (200baht) 5 minute scooter ride to chaweng (300baht from hotel or 150baht in town per day) 5 minute tuk tuk ride to chaweng (50 baht day 100baht night) Again we would like to thank the GM and all the staff for helping create some great memories. We will be back

“Bhundhari review”

the hotel is in very good order with the staff being friendly and helpful. the pool is a highlight. there are only minor complaints, that is the hotel seems to have very small steps occasionally that are almost un-noticeable but they tend to trip you up. they are in the room and on the grounds, they could be fixed with a hazard tape or anything that makes you notice the steps, apart from this minor annoyance all else is good

“Bad Experience”

The rooms were no where as good as the photos we looked at hence complained. The original rooms were too small and lacked a essentials, I had to come to an understanding with the Manager to improve the accommodation. The rooms offered were at the top of the hotel which is on a hill, we were given a lounge and two bedrooms with only one set of armchairs there was no table and no chairs. The hotel is certainly not children friendly. Went to the beach only once as there were too many steps both down and back up. The restaurant food on our only visit was bad and service difficult as very little English spoken, we were not the only guests to complain and none will return.

“GATEWAY TO HELL”

It was the worst (very bad) hotel ever I have experienced in my life.the staff of this hotel are Very very bad perticulerly the restorunt incharge. This hotel never diserve a single star NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL THIS HOTEL IS LIKE HELL
