“Great place!”

Everything was clean and the place looked relatively new. It was quiet by close to the interstate for ease of travelers. Lots of surrounding restaurants to eat at for all meals too. I plan on staying there again.

“I've already made another reservation there”

For the money, the Quality Inn is a great place to stay in Knoxville. It is a 5-10 minute drive from campus and downtown, there are plenty of places to eat nearby, it is easy to get in and out, it is clean, and they have free wi-fi.

“Satisfied customer”

Very nice room; it was clean and looked new or recently renovated. It had a microwave and refrigerator. There wasn't much extra room but it was all we needed. The breakfast was satisfactory. It was located right off the interstate, though finding the correct place to turn in was a minor difficulty. The room was quiet with no one in adjacent rooms. We were on the third floor with an elevator to take us there. The price was quite reasonable. There were a number of restaurants close by.

“Nice room for the price”

We were looking for an inexpensive room to go to a UT basketball game. The room was better than expected- comfortable beds, clean, no complaints.

“Quality Choice in Knoxville”

If your looking for a clean, comfortable hotel that is convenient to everything in Knoxville but is reasonably priced the Quality Inn on Cedar Dr is an excellent choice. I've stayed here multiple times on business trips and I am always pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms aren't huge, the t.v.'s aren't flat screens, but there is free wi-fi and the stay can't be beat for the price.

“Great hotel for the money”

On our recent visit to Knoxville, we stayed at the Quality Inn Merchants on Cedar Lane. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit small, but everything was very clean. The mattress was extremely comfortable and they provided three different types of pillows for each bed, which was great because I have a bad neck and I was able to find one that was very comfortable for me. The breakfast buffet had everything on it that I would want including eggs, buscuits & gravy, waffles, cereal, toast, and bagels, as well as a few other things.I forgot to mention the shower...GREAT shower head and water pressure! (I hate a weak shower). I would happily use this hotel again.

“Nice place to stay for the night”

Our first room had no heat. They moved us to another room. Luckily they had another room like we had reserved. They told us that because we booked online they could only move us to the same kind of room that we had reserved. I don't know what would have happened if that had not been available because our original room had no heat.

“Football Fan Very Pleased”

The hotel is clean, comfortable and everyone was great. It was my first time to visit Knoxville and go to a Vols game. They had a shuttle to take you to the game. There were several restaurants to eat at and watch football too. The location was close to the highway and easy to find. I would definitely go back there and would recommend it to anyone going through the area. I liked having a nice hot breakfast before heading home too.
