“Clean and comfortable”

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were mostly empty and easy to use. A small store in the lobby sold snacks and coffee was available at all times. Coffee was also available in the room. The area was safe and convenient. Walking around nearby was tricky but possible due to lack of sidewalks (nothing to do with hotel however.) The hotel has breakfast and nearby MacDonalds. Over all nice place and I would go back.

“Ideal Stay in West Knoxville”

I've stayed in this hotel at least a dozen times in the last 2 years and I always look forward to returning. The people are extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location, easy to find and near several places to eat. The breakfast is good, maybe not opulent, but perfectly fine for a weekday morning. The only negative is that the wi-fi can be slow. Otherwise, it's the ideal place to stay in West Knoxville.

“Not a good choice.”

This hotel is very close to the freeway and I was give a room that was too noisy to even carry on a phone conversation. The heating/air conditioning was broken. I was cheerfully given another room. However, the second room had no soap the first day and no handtowels the second day. Continental breakfast was very marginal. There are other, better hotels available in the area.

“Would not stay here again”

We arrived at the hotel very late at about 1:30 am. When we arrived at the first room, the door was propped open and there was some sort of filter unit in the middle of the room that was supposed to remove the smoke smell. We had requested a non-smoking room so we asked for a different room. The second room had a used blanket rolled up on the couch. A room key and a paper bag were on the night stand. There was used soap and shampoo in the shower. I could not be sure that the bedding had been change so again we requested another room. We were given the only room left, which was a suite. This room was OK. Overall, this hotel had a nice staff, but the hotel seemed unorganize and had a not very clean feel. I will not stay here again.
