"Got placed in the wrong room type on arrival. Phone wasn’t working in the room. Front desk staff got real snarky when we asked for the correct bedding configuration we paid for. Loud banging from what I assumed was the carpark all night that sounded like cars driving over a grate. Sink in bathroom did not drain, didn’t bother telling the staff after the way we treated with the bedding issue. Easy walk from the terminal. "
