Overall satified.

The room was small but very clean and comfortable. However, we were on the 1st floor near the front desk, and it was very noisy. Getting the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was very difficult. Once we did get a driver, he was very good.

The reception staff, Kitty and Gloria, welcoming and friendly. I was able to check in early which was great after a long flight. Kitty organised transport to and from the airport. Breakfast was good too

I will not lie and say this is an excellent hotel. You are looking at this hotel because your finances are probably tight. This hotel gives you value for money no doubt. For the price you probably won't get better. Staff was friendly and helpful. Security over the top - but better safe than sorry. My gripe is with their breakfast. It was bland for me. Hope this helps you and the hotel.
