Overall a very good experience. The only thing was that the dining was off due to renovations (but they clearly caveated that before booking so at least it was fair). Otherwise, they'd be deserving of a perfect score

There was construction and the hot water tank was down, they offered a refund, but I needed a place for the night so stayed anyway. It was a nice room, clean and sufficient for my needs.

They are under construction and renovating the entire restaurant and other rooms, and we knew that before booking so we brought our own breakfast. What we didn't like was the fact that there was no ice machine or ice available anywhere in the entire hotel. There was no microwave in the room to heat up food that had to be brought in. The hallway had old lights and plaster on the floor due to construction but it was a tripping hazard and eyesore so should have been dealt with before guests walked those halls. We will be back when it is all complete because we have enjoyed our stays at the hotel in the past and look forward to it being back in pristine condition soon.
