“Great Istanbul experience- will reccommend to all- Saban and Staff wonderfully helpful and gentile.”
. The appartment was welll designed . Spacious . Opening windows which were a plus for us. Kitchen well equipped- hot plate and microwave. Bedding very comfortable. Cleaned daily and beds made. Building impeccable. Parking on the street in front. Very safe area and Saban and staff always availabe to help. Very close to Blue Mosque and Haga Sophia. Little minimarket cloase and restaurants as well as the Arasta Bazaar. Walking distance to Kennnedy Carsi and water front and Topkapi palace. Location excellent. Internet access - excellent- very importan as we wer travellign for many months form Australia. Will come back when we return to IStanbul adn will reccommend to all our friends and colleagues.
“Good place to explore Istanbul”
At first we were surprised since there was no front desk, but I liked it after cause it was like having a place of our own couple of feet away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia! Even if its not a 5 star hotel it got all what we need, the room was not old fashioned at all and we found nice amenities like terry bathrobes and slippers, it also had a tiny clean kitchen with pots, pans, plates etc. I have to stay it was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. So if you're looking for location, good value for your money, friendly staff and a clean and comfortable place in Sultanhamed, this is an excellent choice.

Brilliant place to stay close to all Istanbul's top attractions. Clean & tidy, room serviced every day. Host very helpful. Will definitely return!!
“Highly recommended”
As soon as I made my reservation, Saban (pronounced "Shaban") contacted me to make sure everything was ok and to find out if I needed a ride from the airport. As we got closer to the travel date, some of my plans changed and he was able to accomodate all the changes and took great care of me and the friends I traveled with. At the end, we ended up staying a newly renovated building that was much better than the original Ekim Apartments. The place had a kichenette, a large screen LCD tv, satellite, dishes, dining table, safe, private bath, appliances (microwave, coffee maker, water heater, portable stove, small fridge, etc.) The place was cleaned every day and even the tablecloth was replaced. I was very pleased with the place, the service, and the kindness of the people that I dealt with - including the small market owner down the street. Ah yeah, this apartment is very centrally located with inexpensive restaurants nearby, grocery stores, laundry place, and more. It was a few blocks from Sultanahmet (the blue mosque.)
