“Impressing”
Very friendly and helpfull people. Very homey atmosphere. The owner and his family are managing so which makes you feel their hospitality very well. Quite Efficient air-conditioning. I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel. Breakfast choices were above average for me. Note there is no elevator in the facility. My room was colorfully decorated and especially I liked the mosaic lamps for reading. Even the hotel was full, I did not hear any noise. So silent and very close to cultural places. I plan to stay there again on my next trip to Istambul.

Highly recommending this hotel. Beautiful designed new family hotel in the historic wooden house style. Situated just a foot walk away from the historic centre of Istanbul (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace, Blue mosque...etc.) but at the sametime in a quiet street. it's a perfect stay for individual or couple travellers who want to discover this great city by foot. Staff was extremely helpful, rooms, reception, roof terrace ( great view to ocean sea and prince islands) - we liked the beer in the night here!) and rooms are very tasteful designed in modern Turkish style. Breakfast was really nice especially patties and cookies. We liked the breakfast . Our Room was quite spacious and orientally decorated. And all this great quality you get for a very moderate price.

Highly recommending this hotel!!! Beautiful designed new family hotel in the historic wooden house style. Situated just a foot walk away from the historic centre of Istanbul (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace, Blue mosque , Hipodrom etc.) but the same time in a quiet. it’s a perfect stay for individual or couple travellers who want to discover this great city by foot. Staff was extremely helpful, rooms, reception, roof terrace (!!! great view to Marmara Sea and prince islands) – we liked the beer in the night here!) and rooms are very tasteful designed in modern Turkish style. Breakfast was really nice especially patties and cookies. We liked the breakfast . Our Room's name was Harem room which was very big and orientally decorated. And all this great quality you get for a very moderate price. Dont forget to ask to taste smelling your room's essence.
“Incredible small hotel with wonderful staff in a great location”
Esans hotel was the best find in Istanbul. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful and the breakfasts were staggeringly good. In all we couldn't have done better. The roof terrace was wonderful for breakfast

i enjoyed istambul for one night, essans hotel has perfect location . 3 hours, i saw 3 museums . they have wonderfull young team. silent stay was important and good breakfast. i will stay there again on the way back. recommending them.
“Great Small Hotel”
The hotel was very clean and the staff was exceptional. The location was perfect with many good and very reasonable restaurants within walking distance. Most major sites are within walking distance and the main Tram line to the new city is about a ten minute walk from the hotel past the Blue Mosque and the Haghia Sophia. The terrace has great views, and is good place to relax after a busy day. Our stay was great!!
“Excellent hotel - highly recommend!”
Very welcoming staff, excellent location and a lovely, clean room. The breakfast was varied and delicious with freshly made juices and coffee. The hotel was in a quiet location just round the corner from a street full of restaurants and bars and it was only a few minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and the Topkapi Palace. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us recommendations of places to eat, how to get to other parts of the city and helped us arrange transport back to the airport. I would recommend Esans Hotel to anyone travelling to Istanbul and looking for somewhere a little bit special to stay.
“City Break”
The staff are extremely helpful and informative in assisting with your daily plans. They arranged for a private taxi transfer to and from the airport. Bed a little uncomfortable. Reasonable choice of food at breakfast. Hotel in a quiet area handy for the historical sites. A very sweet family run hotel.
