“SATISFIED”

IN GENERAL I AM SATISFIED AND WHEN IN ISTANBUL AGAIN I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY OVER THERE!!! EXCEPT THEY SHOULD WORK MORE ON ROOM SERVICE!!

“Stay elsewhere”

Overpriced; no English language tv/news channel. Hotel not accesible for handicapped--many steps just to get to lobby. Breakfast not very exciting. Noise on Saturday night in room facing parking was unbearable. Room little bigger than a closet-no chair, closet, dresser, etc--luggage occupied most of floor space. Only redeeming feature is location but there are many other small hotels in the area. Housekeeping was not very good but lobby staff was friendly and efficient.

“Bad Service”

Hotel has great location, however I was not impressed with the level of service offered. Staff was extremely rude, and somewhat racist. Made no attempt to meet or exceed customer expectations. Outside the poor service of the staff, the rooms were clean and quiet although a bit small. Would consider staying there again if staff got their business in order.

Area recommendations

The area this hotel was located on is prime. Lots of resturants and cafes right outside the lobby. Very easy to catch a cab, although its a bit of a drive to the Atuturk Airport.

“Great location, tiny room”

The hotel is perfectly located right off of Taksim Square. It looks nice and clean. The hotel was newly renovated and it shows. I had a single economy room; it was tiny! I didn't mind as I stayed one night only but for longer stays, it could feel claustrophobic.
