“Beautiful cuty convenient location”
I have no complaints about this hotel. the room was clean and comfortable. A pleasant short walk to the old town, galleria shopping and restaurants. Weekend parking is free on the street. The staff was helpful and spoke English well.
“A very good choice to stay in Innsbruck”
Rooms are large, very modern, clean. Location on the river a 5 minute walk from Old Town couldn't be better, Service and breakfast very good. I will stay here again if I come bck to Innsbruck

“A SUPERB AUSTRIAN HOL ....STILL BUZZING”
A MINIMALISTIC 4 STAR, VERY SUFFICIENT IN EVERY WAY ,I WOULD RECCOMEND IT .MY ONLY MOAN ,AS I DO LIKE COFFEE AND TEA AFTER A CHILLY AUSTRIAN DAY,WAS THERE WERE NO FACILITIES TO MAKE YOUR OWN IN THE ROOM.THERE WAS A STOCKED FRIDGE FOR COLD DRINKS THOUGH.,AND REALLY NOT A PROBLEM GETTING HOT DRINKS FROM THE BAR DOWNSTAIRS AT UNDER E3,OO. HAVE TO SAY WE WERE DELIGHTED WITH THE POSITION OF THE HOTEL, A BEAUTIFUL-SAFE 10 MIN WALK FROM THE OLD TOWN.WITH AIRPORT BUS STOPS A MINUTE AWAY,,,,EASY . WE HAD WHAT I WOULD SAY ONE OF THE MOST SPECTACULAR VIEWS EVER.OVERLOOKING THE MOUNTAINS.TRY AND BOOK FRONT OF HOTEL ROOM FOR THIS REASON ...ENJOY
“Great location”
Our only problem was unattended children knocking on doors lTe in the evening.

stayed in the hotel at the last leg of our tour ... hotel rooms were decent sized and had lot of light and air ... receptionist were not very fluent in english and could not help us with our plans and schedules ... excellent location .. across the road was the river and had good mountain and river views from the room ... Did not try the breakfast here as it looked as boring as most of the hotels in austria ...
“Mountains all around”
The hotel is part of a modern chain and has everything you need. It is on the northern edge of Innsbruck, but there is an easy, pretty walk into the center which takes only ten minutes or so. The hotel, as the city, is surrounded by magnificent mountains and there is railway across the street which will take you up. There was no breakfast or parking included in our rate, but the hotel does have both parking and food for an additional fee. There are some great breakfasts in town.
“Overall, a nice stay”
Other than the rude front desk clerk, the staff were quite pleasant and helpful. The location is directly across the street from the train station and is an easy walk to the town center. I only gave a "2" for the comfort of our room because it was very hot. There was no way to turn of the heat. We opened the window and let the 20-degree F air in for relief. Otherwise, a very nice and modern room. And a word of caution: Although nobody comes out and says it, the breakfast is not included in the rate. While it was a great breakfast, not sure if it was worth what we were charged!
“Great location”
The location, was a close walking distance to the old town. The tourist site bus also stops out the front of the hotel, which is handy. We didn't eat at the hotel. The staff were friendly, however the information in the compendium in the room was a little out dated, it should include a what to see section etc and a dining guide for the nearby restaurants. There is no wifi in the rooms, this could have been useful.
