This was one of the greatest hotel/guesthouse/BNB experiences that we have ever had. The helpfulness of the staff was incredible. The included breakfast was the best food that we had on our trip to Austria. I am vegetarian and was able to find many options at breakfast while my partner enjoyed trying the varieties of meats. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was closed while we were there which we missed.

Great place, nerve wracking to get to

This was a great stay for our trip to Innsbruck. The room, service, breakfast and location was excellent. The only downside is getting to the location. The road to the hotel, either way you go, is extremely narrow. One lane, extremely crooked, straight up a hill. It's worth it when you get there but whew!

Truly great property including great views. The breakfast was excellent, the room was beautiful. There are a lot of hiking trails around that made it a great experience. The owners could be little more "personable" but ran a great operation.

Fantastisk

Smuk udsigt væk fra byen og alligevel tæt på. Hotellet var rent og lækkert. Ejerne og medarbejderne udviste meget stor hjælpsomhed og gæstfrihed. Morgenmaden var super lækker og der var noget for en hver smag.

Hotel deslumbrante e confortável

Passamos apenas uma noite lá, mas eu desejava que tivéssemos tido mais tempo! Foi um hotel excelente. Parece recém reformado e dá para ver que os donos colocaram amor nele. Pontos positivos: Vista linda da montanha e uma grande varanda no quarto, para apreciar a vista de manhã. Quarto espaçoso e confortável. Carpete novo, grosso e macio. Cama confortável, roupas de cama limpas e macias. As melhores toalhas de banho que vimos até agora nos hotéis em que nos hospedamos na região. Chuveiro quente, com pressão e com box de vidro que fecha por completo sem vazamentos. Muito fácil de regular a altura do chuveiro. Estacionamento gratuito na frente do hotel. Café da manhã maravilhoso incluído no preço. Além do buffet, pedimos ovos mexidos com bacon e ovos fritos. Sistema de self check in funcionou sem problemas. Aplicativos de streaming instalados na televisão (precisa fazer seu login). Pontos negativos: Existe um caminho curto para lá (10min do centro), mas não recomendamos, porque é muito estreito e íngrime. Se você cruzar com algum carro no sentido contrário, alguém tem que dar ré. Então, o próprio hotel te manda instruções dizendo para usar o caminho longo que é mais seguro (15min do centro). Porém, esse caminho não tem no Google Maps e demoramos muito para conseguir acertar. Mesmo assim, o hotel vale muito a pena.

최고의 호텔입니다. 인스부르크 도시 외곽에 산 중턱에 위치하기 때문에, 차를 가지고 가야 하야하는 불편함이 있습니다. 하지만 자동차 여행을 한다면, 최고의 호텔이라고 생각됩니다. 호텔 시설, 전망, 객실 상태, 발코니, 아침 식사 모두 만족합니다. 주인분들의 세심한 배려가 곳곳에 있습니다. 이 호텔에 묵기 위해서라도 다시 한번 인스부르크를 여행하고 싶습니다.
