It was a welcome surprise to have a very large room for three adults. Staff helpful when asked for more towels. Would recommend for a short stay.

This is a hostel
This hotel is Rubbish, its smells and there are dodgy electrical wiring with wires hanging out of the wall and ceiling. That trade on noisy and clueless guests.

Dear Guest, thank you for your Comment - sorry for that - but we had a hangout in the elevator and foyer that there are some small ongoing works in the floors not in the rooms. Therefore it is not rubbish as everything is new since 2013. Thanks for your understanding,

Great hotel at a good price. Breakfast was included and very well stocked. Sauna is great after a day on the slopes.

A big, better than standard, hotel
We went on a two days visit to Innsbruck. The hotel is very big and mainly prepared to receive groups. We were lucky that there was no big group of young people as during the night we heard some doors slamming and people shouting and loudly laughing but only a few times. Breakfast is excellent and the cleaning ladies are very nice. Bus F is at the door and takes you to town and to the airport.

very good hotel ,super clean ,super comfort, bed is good , room is big, i like it alot..shopping center is in other side of the road, 5 min by car from citycenter. price is little to what you get"room size,breakfast,free parking, room condition"

Not the non-smoking hotel that was advertised
Located in a light industrial area with a mild smell of fertilizer or rotting garbage. The mountain view room overlooked the industrial area Renovations still in progress and you will be woken up before 8am by the construction. Hotel is advertised as a non smoking property but you will find smoking in the hotel bar and if you need ice prepare yourself to stand in a smoke filled room to wait for ice. The fridge phone and some lights in room don't work. Only some of the desk staff speak English Very disappointing

Yes we are located in an industrial area on the border of the city. Please be aware of the location when booking for some the location is perfect - for some who want the center of the city not. Nice hotel
Clean quiet spacious room with comfy beds. Delicious breakfast with good variety and staff who were helpful and more than willing to find some soya milk to accomodate my special diet. A short drive from the city centre and close to the motorway the hotel was in a good location.

This hotel was good value. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though I think the lobby is undergoing renovations. The location was alright. We had a vehicle so it wasn't a big deal to drive 10 minutes to the old town or to the castle. My only complaint was that their staff at check-in were absolutely miserable to deal with: they seemed inconvenienced by our presence.

Alphotel in Innsbruck. Good European Hotel
This hotel is a few minutes out of the center of Innsbruck. It is in a mixed retail/office/light industry area and just off the Autobahn that runs past Innsbruck. It was very clean and had a nice view of the Alps to the north from our balcony. They were doing major renovations while we were there for one night in April '12. Helpful staff, good breakfast, and the bus stop for the ride downtown was just out back. (Watch coming back, the stop is not as close. We had to go the extra two stops to the end of the line and ride it back.)

Great, but...
This hotel is great if you're spending a night in Innsbruck on your way somewhere else. Overall quality is good, there's plenty of free parking and staff is very helpful. Yet, if you're going to Innsbruck to explore the city, you better steer clear of this, as it's located a bit from the city centre. Now, there is a bus running from just round the block every 15 minutes or so, so it's not really a problem if you're a little patient, but you still wouldn't want to walk the distance downtown (if you're on vacation and do not fancy the excercise). With that said, none of this should scare anyone off in terms of the quality of the hotel itself. It is really a great hotel. It is worth mentioning, though, that whereas I was deeply impressed with the breakfast (incl. facilities) during my first stay in Aug 2010, I was less impressed upon my return in Aug 2011, when breakfast had been drastically reduced in terms of selection and, what is more, been re-located to the corridors of the basement and there was not a single table to be found save for those reserve for the busloads of Japanese visitors. So I was left a tad bit disappointed.

The hotel was quite noisy. We stayed there for two nights. Both nights, a minimum two large tour groups were there with us. The hotel is located very close to a shopping mall and about 2km from the historic center. Few restaurants are nearby.

It is not what you see in the pictures
The hotel is not in down-town. The room was very small and the bed tiny. The bathroon did not have towels. So I was not that happy about my choice. On the other hand, the breakfast was really nice, plenty of good food and very nice coffee.

Friendly Front Desk Staff
A very clean hotel with a friendly,helpful and English speaking front desk staff. A little away from the downtown area, but no problem due to a good transportaion system.

Gutrs Hotel für Business-Aufenthalt in Innsbruck. Shopping und Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Nähe Autobahn Zimmer dem standard entsprechend gutes Frühstück

Im Industriegebiet, gelegen, mit Aussicht auf die Straße. Der Ton des Fernseher war durch Krachen sehr unangenehm und wurde nicht iO genbracht. Der Bezug des einzigen Stuhles im Zimmer war fleckig und lud nicht zum Hinsetzen ein. Die Wände waren dreckig und gehören dringend ausgemalt. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich.

Als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gut geeignet
Hotelpersonal war eher weniger freundlich. Dame an der Rezeption brachte außer "Bitte das hier ausfüllen" kein Wort heraus. Infos über Frühstück, Wellnessbereich oder Check-Out wurden nicht gegeben. Zimmer an sich war okay, aber nicht dem 4 Sterne-Status gerecht. In der Badewanne war ein langes, schwarzes Haar und in Waschbecken irgendwelche braune Krümel. Der Türramen zum Badezimmer war mit weißen Spritzern versehrt und wurde anscheinend schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht. Frühstück im Gegensatz dazu war sehr gut! Viel Auswahl: etliche Zutaten für Müsli, Brotorten, Semmeln, Croissants, Käseplatte, Rührei mit Bacon und vieles mehr. Wirklich top! Im großen und ganzen zur Übernachtung gut, jedoch auch mit 125€ Pro Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer definitiv zu teuer!

Magnifico Hotel a Innsbruck
piacevole sorpresa a Innsbruck poco distante dal centro ma facilmente raggiungibile grazie alla fermata del bus fuori l'albergo.È comunque situato in una zona piena di centri commerciali.Camere confortevoli calde super pulito,colazione abbondante sia salata che dolce.Se dovessi tornare a Inmsbruck tornerò qui.

L'hotel si trova a pochi metri dall'uscita autostradale Innsbruck Est. Il centro è facile da raggiungere sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici. La qualità dell'hotel e del servizio (compreso il ristorante) sono buone.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad modern eingerichtet mit Badewanne. Freier Parkplatz vorhanden. Lage ist gut - direkt neben diversen Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen! Mangel: Demotiviertes Personal in der Nacht an der Rezeption und der Nichtraucherbereich ist nicht ansprechend im Gegensatz zum Raucherbereich.

Réservation de dernière minute à Innsbruck. Un rapport qualité/prix correct mais une situation en zone commerciale un peu loin du centre (30 minutes à pied). L'avantage d'un parking gratuit est un plus et le petit déjeuner très bon.

Et hotel der kan anbefales.
Alphotel er en godt og ny renoveret hotel til en meget fornuftig pris. Gode og flotte værelser en del med små terrasser hvor man kan nyde udsigten til bjergene. Havde værelse ud mod vejere, som er lettere trafikeret, men som dog på ingen måde var generende. God morgenmadsbuffet var inkluderet i prisen. Et godt hotel der kan anbefalet. .

Der Internet Auftritt täuscht sehr. Außen Hui innen Pfui! Das Haus hat mehr als deutliche "Gebrauchsspuren". Das Frühstück war karg und nicht lecker. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, aber hellhörig. Das Personal war bemüht, aber leicht überfordert. 3 Sterne ja, aber der 4. ist ein Witz und da stimmt dann die Preis-Leistung nicht.
