“Excellent cost-efficient choice for HK”

Location is not in the primary tourist areas, but right next to subway (MTR) givving easy access to anywhere you want to go. Hotel was outstanding, rooms were clean, spacious (by HK standards) and well maintained. No complaints.

“Beyond my expectation”

Comparing with other hotel room I had stayed in HK, this one is quite large. I strongly recommend this hotel to my friends. The service is excellent. The music of piano in the lobby is so good. The subway is near--within 3 min walk. They directed me to take bus to the ferry station and Harbor City Shopping Center and it was so easy to reach the bus.

“Great Value at convenient location”

Fast service... but the clerks, in the interest of efficiency, sometimes came across as rude. Also, the YMCA pool was not open to hotel guests during convenient hours. But the location of the hotel is great... one block from MRT subway station. Also the City Cafe served a great breakfast buffet... both western and oriental style.

“Great budget hotel”

First time visitor to Hong Kong & on my own with 2 children, we found the YMCA great. The rooms were small but very clean with all the facilities you could want. The staff were very helpful with information on how to get where we wanted to go. The meals at the hotel were lovely and the location was really good. Only 50m walk (1 minute to MTR station and 3 minutes walk to ladies market (which is a big markets selling everything). Yes it is a buget hotel but it is great value for money.

“Would stay here again.”

Booked a delux room - as I had read the travellers reviews,so there was a bath (but the bathroom was still tiny!)Room for a fold out single bed - 3 of us in the room was ok. Great location - 2 minutes to the MTR, plenty of buses on Nathan Rd down to the Star Ferries, and caught the A21 from the airport - only a short walk to the hotel from the bus stop (the driver pointed us in the right direction) Rooms clean and comfortable and small supermarket nearby. Easy walking distance to many markets. Should have booked an early check-in as arrived at 9am after a 12 hour flight and couldn't get into our room until 1pm.

“Great value for your money”

So near the Mong Kok station. My first night at Novotel Century, then I moved here the second night. I like here much better as I could hop up and down the train easily. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

“A GEM within Kowloon”

Believe me this was one lucky discovery considering the majority of hotels cluttered around the "yau ma teh" and "mong kok" area of kowloon are mostly cheap, run down hostels. I was expecting this to be no better irrespective of the provided photos. Well I was wrong. Tucked within this narrow street just off Waterloo Road is a Hotel that resembles any 4 or 5 star hotel elsewhere. With polite staff, breath taking room views and a personal safe... thats right your own safe! A must for strangers and regulars...
