This is the worst part of the world.
It's a hotel that shuts down and says it's only open until 10:00 p.m.
It's really the worst, and he locked the door and said he should have contacted him.
I've never heard of a hotel like this before.
Just don't make a reservation here.

Overprized room compared to similar ones. Room rate is twice the rate on for example at Chung King Mansions and other places. I chose this place because it is close to the Kowloon East Train Station at which I arrived very late with plenty of heavy luggage. The room description states a refrigerator, a desk and in-room safe deposite. I wanted to do some laptop working, so a desk would suggest some extra space. I also chose a double room, so I would have some extra space for all my bags. Via email I got all necessary PIN codes to let myself in to the room. I found a movable safe deposit underneath my bed along with some extra bed accessories and someone's old shoe box. There is no refrigerator or a desk. There is however a book shelf which extends on top of the foot end of the bed. Bed sits between two walls with no more than 180 cm. My length is 185 cm, so I had to sleep diagonally on the bed. Noice from other guests are heard very easy. The subway trains shake the building at every passage, 19 hours a day. The room has 2 power sockets in Hong Kong style, so adaptor is a must. I bought one, but later discovered a box full of them at front desk. None in the room though. Room size approximately 8 sqm including the cabin that combines shower, toilet and sink. Beware of dangerously high water temp when showering!
I never saw any staff on 4 days stay, but a cleaning lady once. No cleaning in 4 days.
The kind elevator man at ground floor really is my best memory from this stay.
I booked a double room. Typical family run private guesthouse. You never see anybody in reception. The room is super tiny and no window. You feel you are just in a box. I fully understand HK style is like that. But for the price I was paying 64usd this is really overpriced. Cleaness was not so good. The next day housekeeping come just empty dust bin and changed towel in the room, the towel is a joke. She didn't do any cleaning. So I really doubt the cleaness. The owner is actually a very nice person, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, right above Jordan MTR. I booked 4 nights and its non-refundable. But I checked out after 2 days, couldn't stand to be in such tiny box for 2 more days. Try to book BP international close by, decent standard hotel with proper service, and it's just 30usd/n more. But far more better than this one.
